T-Mobile MNVO's are a no go for me. After your high speed data is up, the service is pretty much useless. I wouldn't trust a T-Mobile subsidiary if my life was on the line to be Frank. You get all excited when you get a new provide, but just like with any other T-Mobile MNVO, data is throttled hard and it's barely usable in real life situations. I need MNVO'S to understand something. It's not about having patience while web pages load up. It's about real world usability. Fast speeds.

Activated esim with some issues. Unlimited plan shows 35 max in app and 20 on another location in app. So which is it ? Unlimited as advertised? Speedtest recognized this carrier as UltraUnivision. Speed is decent (135 D - 26 U )but the activation process was clunky and riddled with issues. Also note to mingle - add pixel 9 series phones to drill down options. Will revisit this review when I know I'm getting what I paid for.

I'm actually reviewing the service. It was great until it all came to a screeching halt. I signed up for their $45/month unlimited data capped at 30 After the first week ithe data slowed way down. And a few days later--no data. I was looking today at the app and it states I get no more data for three months. I looked at my plan and it's not what I signed up for. It's only 20gb data. I specifically remember the plan I bought and this is not it

Signed up for the free month of service bc I shut down my ATT after bring overcharged for so long. My daughter needs to be able to get ahold of me due to an emergency sit happening rt now, so, I paid the tax and even recieved a text that the SIM was shipped.. It should have arrived 3 days ago, no help from reps, no SIM and no way to speak to my daughter. Definitely won't be switching my number and signing up for this. T-Mobile I thought you were better than this.

The app itself is fine, but I didn't need to download. I thought for some reason I might get more 5g than lte if I downloaded app. Foolishness lol. Let's you update payment & info, change plans, etc. Tells your usage, hotspot likewise. To the other reviewer. No, it's not as advertised. App says 20 gb plan/unlimited. I get 450 mbps dl speeds with 5g mingle, but they only give 5g a small portion. Oh well, It's worth the trial but Mint gives 5g all the time, even Boost! I'm still ok with it though

I entered my imei number incorrectly during activation but it just said incorrect imei number and proceeded to the next part of activation...I didn't realize this until it said wrong imei as it was going.to next part I remembered I copied and pasted the serial number not imei ...so of course it shows my sim activated but I'm reality it's totally not ...no phone systems info is up ,no data,no calls...no network,no anything.6 hours and.still no help from support...only.ignoring my emails,#pissed!!

They sold me phone service with no phone number. Customer service is so poor for 2 days I cannot connect to an "agent" witch they aren't more like "a-gent"le-throat-strangle. Just poor common sense if you ask me.... They told me it was free when in fact it was not and I think a lawyer would go to court on this one.

Signed up 3 times and paid 3 time, they cancelled my order each time, called them, they couldn't fix the problem, and said they call me back, no call back
