The update looks amazing and functions amazing too. I can finally just view a certain album rather than having to scroll down hard just to see a photo I want printed. Edit: the app no longer functions properly after years of use. I don't know if it's due to the Bluetooth of the polaroid device being outdated but I can't print anything anymore. When I get to the printing part the device either disconnects to my phone or the device took long that it just dies on me

Can't connect to bluetooth. Horrible Update: FINALLY CONNECTED! I finally got to connect the camera to my phone. You gotta make sure you turn on BLUETOOTH and LOCATION. If you don't turn your LOCATION on, it will not connect. Weird, but I finally got it to work like that. Also, make sure you have allowed location and other permissions when you first install the app.

The app wasn't able to detect my camera even when my camera's Bluetooth setting was turned on. I've tried uninstalling the app and re-installing it with no success. Contacted customer service and had zero response. It's been a week and still no response. Worst app ever. Might as well return the camera too.

After many years and several attemps, bluetooth connection still doesn't work. I've tried with various smartphones and camera firmwares, without success. Support service don't reply emails and google reviews. There are lots of reviews with the same issue ande Polaroid still don't give a resolution. For sure I'll never buy any polaroid product again.

Been using this for a while now and never really had an issue.... just used it to print 5 photos before it suddenly disconnected and kept showing a "something went wrong" screen.....I have done all I can to get it to work hoping I could finish printing photos for a cousin. Very disappointed....

The new update is HORRIBLE. I am unable to print collage photos and worst of all, I am unable to print AT ALL! When I click print, an error message shows "Printer is busy." What is even the point of this app and the polaroid camera itself???

This app used to work fairly well for me, however recently it has stopped allowing me to print pictures and disconnects from my camera at random. The app will work until I get to the final preview screen, which appears blank, and the print button won't work. Please fix this.

Keep crashing. Can't get anything done. When I choose Google photos to import the photo directly the app crashes. Only way I can import the image is to first download the photo on my device and then import. This is a huge inconvenience. Also the pinch zoom in/out does not work very smoothly.
