App crashes as soon as I try to open before I can even log in. It appears I'm not the only one with this issue and there is no response from any kind of admin. Is anyone reading this??? I have an LG G7. I have tried opening using Wi-Fi only and data only and neither work as some have suggested. I have deleted and reinstalled, but still no luck. This app is completely useless for my upcoming trip. The quality of hotels in iPrefer make it surprising that the app has been nonfunctional for so long.

Unfortunately, the app is fairly useless. It shows how many points I have, but redeem points keeps asking for me to update location in profile - doing that doesn't seem to stick so I can't look to redeem points. App doesn't seem to do much else, unlike other hotel loyalty apps that give rich content. Discover option keeps telling me there's no reservations (expected that to give info about I prefer partners. And it provides zero history of previous bookings. Basically next to useless app.

Worst or bottom three apps ever. I'm actually surprised at how bad this app is. It keeps dropping my trips and it fails to recognize strips that I've made even if I've entered my I prefer username. It is one of the most annoying apps ever and I will drop my membership in I prefer and hotels that work with this membership because it's impossible to work with it. I'll go back to Expedia instead.

**TEMP FIX** For those experiencing crashing, try using only mobile data. Also, try turning on airplane mode, starting the app, then disabling airplane mode right before you press the login button. **EDIT** Crashing only occurs on wifi. If I'm using mobile data, I have no issues. Also, if I enable wifi at any point, the app immediately crashes. Samsung Galaxy S10 on VZW. App keeps crashing on the loading screen, before I can even log in. Hoping they release a fix for this soon.

The app is too buggy to even use properly. Trying to contact I Prefer through both their app and website since my upcoming trip isn't listed on my dashboard. Everytime I click on the link to submit a form, it'll either will not submit saying "invalid_form-id" or the only thing I see is the reCAPTCHA "I'm not a robot" button (which barely works as well).

I just downloaded the app for an upcoming trip, but it will not allow me to log in. It's saying invalid, but I can log in using the same credentials on their website.

The app is often slow to respond to entries. It also does not allow a deep dive into stay details or alerts on status.

The app keeps failing immediately after I try to open it. I tried the trick of turning off Wi-Fi but that didn't work either. Samsung galaxy s21 ultra.
