I have had to alter my original review of MyPoints. I still feel that it gives you wonderful opportunities to earn gift cards. They have a good selection of gift cards. I have been very thankful to MyPoints because there have been times that the only way I could get something needed was because I had the ability to get a gift card from them. I do still recommend them, but I have been getting frustrated with some of the issues with receipts not being accepted even though the offers have been met.

ETA: so now magic receipts aren't working at all, on the app and the website. PLEASE FIX THIS. I have been a mypoints member for many years. Recently on the app. It is not the greatest Takes way too long to upload receipts, half the time it kicks you off. Would also like to see the receipt offers available at all stores instead of being limited to stores I don't have. I also made a sizable purchase on tire agent through the app that hasn't shown up. May go back to using the website.

Almost every time I try to use this app it gives me an error code "oops this can't be right"! Sometimes I clear the cache and it works again and sometimes it only works for a couple minutes after doing that. There is no update for it either. And a lot of times if I actually manage to put a receipt in, it does not go through because something happens while it's trying to go through . As far as I know, this is the same co. as Swagbucks and being that big you think these apps would work right!?

So, for Bingo, I need to enter a points perk in the app . The latest version displays the icon at the very top of the screen so I can't tap on it. I thought I found a solution with a visual aids option that displayed on the main part of the screen but I didn't get credit for that Bingo square. The app doesn't let me spin the screen when I move the phone to 1 side or upside down. I have a Google Pixel 6. How do I resolve this?

I've been a member since almost the beginning. the app, however, is a mess. now it's so buggy that it won't open, despite clearing the cache, signing in (which I can do but then it closes), uninstalling and reinstalling. Even my phone says I should give up until the bug is fixed

3-30-25 Edit: Knocking this from 5 stars to 1. With no warning, they took away games from 'discover' portion of the app. I was nearly at a rewards level, and now all the time I have put in was wasted. Thanks for nothing. LITERALLY nothing. Easy to get points, from surveys, while watching TV.

Not bad, but still finding my way around it. There's a lot here. Not always able to snag the right survey for points; must try many to be able to complete one. Hoping things come into better focus soon. Mostly here for couponing rebates, but finding more here to discover.

great way to earn extra spending money. sometimes things don't credit correctly and then you have to jump through hoops with tickets to get your points. I'd say I average $100/month so it's worth it.
