The app is very easy to use. Just read each section it tells you everything you need to know. We love having a vacuum and mop. There is only one problem, we had one, it worked beautifully, so well. Then one day it would not stop spinning it's side brush, even on the docking station, unless you powered it off. So we got a replacement which also was easy to do but the new one, does not work as well. It is noisier, it squeaks and it doesn't pick up as perfectly as the first one did.

I did not have the same issues as others mentioned. The email registration worked fine. My wife and I love the ability to set zones, move the robot to different floors and how well it gets under our bed and other furniture. Every now and then the server is slow, but overall it is much more capable than any other unit I have looked at. I bought my vacuum at Amazon, so maybe others have the Chinese version, not the international model.

App is very good, fast reaction, lot of features, that REALLY work. Sadly hardware(robot itself) not so perfect. Only one side brush, turning too fast, is bad for cat litter. Mopping plate on the side of charging dock not good idea, only one not really pleasant voice. Needs higher clearance under couch stuck several times, where other did not. To softwaremakers - Overall good job! Just make more voices(not only females, different languages), offer different sidebrush speed adjustments!

Great app but the s5 robot and/or server has major disconnection issues only on wifi and shows as offline a lot of the time. It also doesn't acknowledge me choosing room order on the schedule. NOT COMPATIBLE W/BAND STEERING. Besides the issues, the app is amazing. I'd really like to see more voices for English. I enjoy the cute Chinese voice, I'd really like to see a young English voice actress aside from the robot sounding woman currently on there.

Fixes that need to happen. 1. Let me schedule and select the rooms i want for that schedule. Multiple rooms multiple schedules 2. The latency needs to be fixed it takes forever to respond lots of network issues. Other than that the bot cleans very well. The battery lasts on standard mode for big multiple rooms. If you turn on carpet mode it will drain the battery faster only recommended on smaller rooms. This is why room scheduling is crucial. Thank you for making the needed changes much better

Update - after remapping the entire house all the tools and options returned in the app. It would be nice to get a warning that an update would automatically occur requiring mapping to reset. The app for my 360 S5 has been fantastic until today. I couldn't sign in and when I finally used my phone number to sign in, all my maps are gone. I no longer have the ability to create zones or do any kind of mapping. I uninstalled and reinstalled but still no map access. Very frustrating.

Everything is great except for one thing. The robot cleans in straight lines according to the map. Not the room that it is in. My house has a hallway that is at a diagonal. And the robot cleans the hallway and rooms at the end in a diagonal line. Leading to that side of the house taking longer. If the bot ran an algorithm to find the best path for each room it would be amazing. Everything else is bug free and easy to use. I just have a larger home so the faster it cleans the better.

I tried to login using my email but kept getting an error message had to use phone number. App is full featured, some network stability issues and updates don't come as fast as I would like but all in all pretty good. 360 needs to figure out after sales support, as it is all based in China and as you know that can be a nightmare if you are not Chinese speaking or do not live in SE Asia. All support happens late afternoon and evenings...
