I don't like being forced onto the app for so many things related to the club. I like to watch press conferences on my computer, not the tiny screen of my phone, for instance. Links from social media to videos just go to the homepage, so you have to manually find the video you were trying to watch and it's not obvious where it will be.

You click on a notification and the app opens but that story is nowhere to be seen and takes a lot of hunting to find. on match days a notification of changes to line ups comes up then when app loads it says line ups not ready yet. what a waste of time.

Same as Sean Rowe, can't get past the going to MySaints Account, keeps bouncing immediately back to the same page. Have contacted the help, but they haven't been able do anything, or even understand the problem!! The app is pretty much useless to me!! I've uninstall it and reinstalled it and it's still the same!!!!

Would love to positively review the app but can't. None of the videos will play via the app, and most of the content seems spliced up to short clips for those with attention issues. Shambolic as it stands and a huge step back for SFC content consumption.

Member card blank no help from support to resolve and biggest issue having bought the Audio pass have not yet been able to actually use it and listen. Couldn't watch the U21 game last night as stream didn't work. Annoying have to go to edit Profile to get to website to get to match centre. Old app was a lot easier to access the actual match. Plus side the extra social content is good and reason why giving a couple of stars. Just hope support will actually reply to my messages and emails now

Terrible. Just trying to navigate and explore, and I keep being sent to a tour screen. I'm an experience strategist, this kind of stuff is my job and my, have they got it wrong. Saints, I'm yours if you want me to fix this stuff!!

Really poor app can't login. I click on the login the screen flickers and then won't even show login credentials boxes to allow me to fill in. Phone is updated and app is also

Brilliant app so 4 stars given based on initial experience. But 1 taken away because the videos have stopped playing over the last 2 days which is very frustrating having been so impressed beforehand.
