Customer support is seriously lacking. I, and others who have posted online, haven't been able to log in for well over a month. You can spend weeks or longer hoping for a response to emails. The only available restaurants are lower tier even though they advertise the better restaurants those restaurants don't offer any deals. The service has always been bad, but it's taking a nosedive. You're not going to get your money or time's worth from the app or website.

The app just doesn't work. Upon opening the app, you're asked to use the verification email, but you haven't entered an email for it to send a verification link too, and if you try and sign up and put in an email, it won't let you because you haven't verified your email. If you try and resend the link, you get a "forbidden" message, which, I must add, is very ominous. It would be funny if it wasn't so infuriating.

Something has happened. The old version has disappeared and what is the new version doesn't work. All the credits that I had are gone. I get directed to the old site but after opening once, it now doesn't seem to exist. I knew that somehow I would lose my money, in the form of certificates, because recently I couldn't find anything locally. I guess the site is just a rip off now. Don't try it and expect it to work. It's cost me $35 in valid certificates that I now can't access. 😡

I keep trying to login to redeem my points but I keep being told I need to verify my email. When I click on the verify my email button the app sends a notification "Forbidden". Been getting the run around on this for days and the movie pass bundle I got with the points didn't even work. Waste of time and money.

Ridiculous & completely worthless. They lure people in by offering cheap prices for their gift cards/certificates/now points but trying to actually use the items you purchase is difficult & damn near impossible! The app just Flat out doesn't work. Asks you to verify email but no emails then when u hit, "resend email verification" it just says FORBIDDEN!? Straight scam! Stay away from this app & company in general!

I cannot access my account. I've tried numerous time to sign in and it says "forbidden." I was in a restaurant and could not get the app to open and had to pay full price for our meal as I couldn't get the app to open!!! FRUSTRATING! I FINALLY got a representative who advised the $25 coupons were transferred to a "POINT" system. He sent me an email to reset my password - which worked that ONE TIME. When I logged out and re-logged in, I was unable to access my account AGAIN - "forbidden"

The app won't let me sign in. The verification email never arrives and when I press the button in the app to resend it, I get a message that just says "Forbidden." Doesn't matter if I try signing in with an email and password or directly with my Google account, the same situation occurs.

App doesn't work. I tried logging in with my account that works perfectly on the website, but the app won't accept it. Horrible update and zero response to all the comments indicating it doesn't work for anyone
