After updating, all bays captured tells me to move onto action step well it won't let me. All bays captured and I can't get any farther than them processing, it won't let me go to actions. Ridiculous, waste of time, slowing production down

I wish I had 5000 words to use to tell you why this app is trash. I refer to it as "Store Stupidity." I have to use this for work, and every single update over the last two years (which are roughly every 1-2 weeks) has made it worse. The latest update will not allow you to close a task until all photos have loaded. What knuckle dragger thought of that? This has nearly doubled the time spent on each store. This app is so aggressively non user friendly, it's as if they're trying to screw the users

Android User. App works differently than on Apple. Takes forever to process photos and then asks me to identify many items. Guess you are using my labor to update your database. Or not because I have to identify the same items the next day. And if there are 6 facings?? I have to identify 6 items. Too much inane repetition. Worst idea ever.

Every update this app gets worse. It feels like the devs just hate the DC scanners and want them to hate their jobs. Why do I now need the camera open in manual scan in order to use my BT scanner? Why do they add more and more screens between flipping between photo and manual scan? If they wanted to make this app better they'd make it one button to switch between photo and manual scan. Stop breaking functions that work. Stop adding functionality roadblocks. I don't need confirmation screens.

I use an Iphone 14 pro Max, After the last update my exceptions aren't working properly now, and the app knocks me out in the middle of imaging. I know you put out a new update but it still hasn't fixed any IOS issues, and I sent multiple emails to your IT department and you did confirm that its a bug, but still no fix. Not everyone uses android phones or tablets

You guys fixed it. Ty. Maybe not so many windows that are opening then of course we have to close them. It seems like there alot of closing windows that are a newer feature. Like at the very end of each task another window opened and we gotta close. I say this because doing so many stores in a day it becomes time consuming ESPECIALLY due to store most stores I encounter have bad service. I stand there for mins. While these windows open/close.

The UI of this app is great! Once you get familiar, navigating each tab and completing tasks is fluid and consistent. The technology truly is impressive! Visual recognition software is enamoring. Customer service is SO helpful! However, there are some shortcomings to this app that may or may not be worked around in the future, such as: - GPS location (it says I'm 7k mi. away always) - upload bandwidth/speed (slow upload, 1-3 scans at a time) - flexibility of scans between scan locations

Poor database, not near enough pictures to be useful, and the product recognition they use to identify products is extremely poor. I star maybe 2 if you are generous is very accurate. If you're a merchandising company skip this app. They say it gets smarter the longer you use it lol, nah you end up using your own labor dollars and hours to provide the company with pictures for their database. Very very poor unfinished app
