Hello, this app keeps freezing all the time. When I open it to browse the different women. I click on their face. Then when I click back to the main homepage it freezes with the photo of the couple from when you open the app. Please fix this issue I have to do it several times over a 30 minute period. Please fix this issue asap. Other then that this issue app works fine.

I joined last year and verified my profile then two days later I was asked to verify my phone number, when I try to verify it's says time out, it has be that way ever since, I can't couldn't do anything on the app anymore, so I decided to open another account with different email, now every picture I upload is being rejected. what could be the problem, and why can't you fix it.

App is very stupid, just from installing it strated frustrating me, rejecting photos, and also uploading a photo to a certain percentage before it say network error. Had to try many times, and got stuck at save were it was asking me to enter date of birth, but not space for that displayed. That is where I had enough, count my data loss and uninstall. I hope it completely crash to never be recovered 🤯🤬🤬🤬🤬

This used to be a good date site, I've used it before, but now I've rejoined it, I cannot log onto my account 😤 I've asked for help through email, but for 3 weeks I've had no reply back to me at all from customer services. It's really disappointing that there is no response whatsoever.. from what I've read from other users of this app . I'm not alone in my disappointing use of this app 😤

First of all i dont think this app deserves any star ratings coz the app totally sucks and its very annoying. The app is the slowest app ever, and it crashes like every flipping time. It was very difficult getting past registration process. And why the hell does it take 10mins and some seconds apart to send a message. Like its free on every app, video calls and the rest. Thats the fun in a dating app. If u make people pay to send messagea and video calls then the app is as good as useless. It.

It's almost impossible to use the app ..photos can't be uploaded, even if you try to it's always blank..app cannot access photos ,there's no option to upgrade to premium, and no amount written as an indication of the price..its difficult especially for those in Africa..it's really stressful to use .

This App is horrible At first I was able to create an account, second day it asked me to reverify my account I have been unable to for more than 3 weeks The app crashes each time I try to verify, It's the worst so far Why leave options for verification when none of them works, the app just shuts off on it's own. Honestly this is the worst app I have ever downloaded on playstore. I just want to delete my account, no longer Interested in using it

I will rate this app a 4 stars because I find it nice as a communication platform. Based on my experience chatting or communicating using this app is very comfortable to use aside that we can send pictures, we can also do video call here. I find it amazing because I am lazy at typing so I prefer communicating or talking through video call. There are times that the app crash so that we need to log in our account again, but so far its great and convenient to use.
