Easy to use, can look for personalized deals while I'm in the store and send to my account before checkout in person Update 10/21 I haven't been able to sign in for a couple of days and had to miss out on some deals. Whatever you did to the app, I can't even use it! I went on desktop to clip my coupons but then I can't see my coupons that I clipped, on top of the fact that I can no longer check them in the app while in-store. Fix the bug!!!

Had previously given this app 5 stars, back in 2019, but unfortunately like many others I have had several issues with whatever you did new to the app. It is straight up garbage now. I can never login. It asks for my phone # or email and then it says sorry experiencing technical difficulties and I can't even get in to clip coupons make a list or anything. I have lost reward points because I can't access them. So until then other grocery stores will get my business. Fire whoever screwed this up.

This app needs improvement. First there should be an option for sort by price, high to low. Not everyone wants the cheapest products. Second and more importantly is that sorting by brand is not functioning. After clicking more to see all brands, then making selections, there is no DONE button so choices are not saved. For example in sorting by spaghetti sauces, there is no way to see the better higher priced, higher rated products without going through literally hundreds of cheap inferior brands

As an employee, I've heard all sorts of complaints on how confusing the app is. I think it got more confusing when the online ordering was merged with Vons 4 U. I see customers are adding (clipping deals) to their cart (online order), rather than their basic List. For me, the Associate Sandwich Meal deal needs an update. We stopped receiving the larger bags of chips (the $2.49 price). Now we're receiving the $1.49, 2 oz size of chips. But neither size works with the deal now.

I have saved a lot of money using this app, and have earned a lot of rewards. What's really awesome is if something is on Vons for U sale for a really good price they also put up manufactures coupons you can clip and use on those sale items. I have seriously bought stuff almost dirt cheap using this method. They also give you free items periodically usually worth up to $3.

This is a tricky app. Because it's nice to be able to order food and have it delivered. But my experience was not a good one. All the prices were different at the store then online. And if I wouldn't have noticed it, they would have gotten $50 more than they deserved, out of my food stamps. And they had carton fees and taxes that they claim they didn't know what they were. So I felt theydidn't deserve to charge either and I questioned it and won. Don't just accept all the fees that are there

They sent me a $5 birthday treat. I can't find it from the app at all. What's the point of giving out it. It's a scam. Every time I try to find certain items, for example: cheese, I search it up, and it comes out nothing or it couldn't find the items.

PLEASE FIX the "Search Products" part of the app!! Once you type a product you want to look up & hit "Search," the screen blanks out w/ a white page-- & there's nothing. All you can do is hit the "back button." It's VERY frustrating!! I don't buy items w/o checking the ingredients & prices 1st. 🤨
