Once you get the hang of the timings which is quite simple and straight forward, it's a very decent system. Reading the reviews saying how it's not immediate, just reflects how much of an instant gratification society we live in - you literally just need to hold your phone at the reader for about 3 to 5 seconds. Only had one difficulty and that was from me being too quick to remove the phone from the reader. Excellent remote system if you have 3 to 5 seconds of your life to spare.

When i really needed it... it failed. My apartment complex has fobs for the front door along with this app. I tried using this app to get into my apt it said couldn't locate key. I uninstall and reinstall still same thing. I have tried it before but always have my key. Go figure the time I don't have my key and it's freezing outside It won't work. Ugh! Gotta love technology.....NOT!

Works once or twice but takes forever to detect the large sensors, even with nothing between the phone and sensor. Rarely works on small sensors. I don't understand how a passive fob works 100% of the time and an active phone signal works less than 5% of the time. Update: They now require location permission for the app to work, which doesn't make sense. NFC shouldn't necessitate location data. If you have a fob, skip the app.

Not at all user friendly. I have to use it several times a day to enter my office building and never once has it worked on the first try. It doesn't even work on the 5th or 6th try. There have been many times I have tried over a dozen times without success and ended up having to rely on someone else to let me in. It simply does not connect to the sensor. This in addition to taking ridiculously long to open the app - just an unpleasant experience all around. There has to be a better solution.

A bit slow to connect, needs a widget. It takes too long to open up/load and allow access. I was hoping I could just put my phone to the pad and get in, but I'm forced to put my things down to open the app and then click another button AND THEN wait for it to connect and give me access. If it had a widget it would improve the usability by a lot. I'm still using my keycard and will probably cancel the membership if no widget is made.

Stupid idea, and the app is problematic at best.. What happens if your phone goes flat while you're out and you can't get back In to your accomodation? Nothing wrong with old fashioned key or even swipe card. Technology does not make life easier in this "self service" world we have become, it just ads to inefficiencies and frustrations.. I will actively boycott accomodation that utilizes this nonsense from here on in.

I lose 1-2 minutes a day, ie a workday or more in a year thanks to this JustIN Mobile. It almost never works on the first try, when it asks me to activate bluetooth to try, it's too late: it'll try and fail. Absolutely useless "innovation", just use cards or old fashioned keys.

Doesn't work. Forced by holiday accommodation to use this app and phone won't recognise the lock 99% of the time. Pathetic and pointless. Whats wrong with using a physical key. REPLY TO DEV: yes I did ask for help but their response was as it works on my partners iPhone its not their problem. It literally only work the night before we left. Something like this needs a physical back up.
