After 2 days installing, setting up, mapping, and configuring, the map would disappear seconds after opening the app and the app would request I create a new one. Chat was unable to fix and simply requested I restart everything and provide more information for further troubleshooting. Fixed by remapping everything (~1 hour of work). Can't order replacement parts directly, forwards you to third-parties. Otherwise good. Good robot with good navigation, performance, and support. Would buy again.

Segway has been doing a good job of continuing to update and add content to this app. it's one of the few apps on my phone where I go to do actual stuff and not just waste time. The UI and navigation is getting better but it's not quite there yet. For example I haven't been able to renew my 4g connection despite multiple attempts. This is my second season with a Navimow in the US and I was part of a beta test. They do listen to suggestions because several of our recommendations were added.

Passwords cannot be copy & pasted (who still enters passwords manually?!). The slash charachter '/' in a password works on iOS, but on Android a slash cannot be entered (so you cannot choose a password with a slash in it!). Rest of app seems ok so far (Navimow V2.3.0).

Comparing in relation to other automower apps I have used. Husqvarna's app is more attractive graphically, but functionality is similar. The Segway app has virtually everything you need in an automower app - mapping, tracking, scheduling, robust help, GPS positioning aids. The WORX app for the Landroid Vision is an example of one of the least useful, as a baseline - no map or location, minimal help. Right now Segway's is among the best of the breed, and will improve with updates.

Good and clear app. The only annoying thing I have noticed so far is the time-outs when sending commands to the mower over Wifi/4G. So called "network time-outs", it gets through though after a few tries or turning off the wifi and back on again. Just too bad because this breaks the otherwise smooth experience for me.

Overall it does the job OK, but takes a little getting used to it. Small spelling mistake in English Locale when updating firmware. Says "Do not opreate" when should be "Do not operate". Also says "you will be noticed by the result" when it should be "you will be notified of the result". Mapping and editing seems a little fussy when trying to select a start point for the edit. On the whole it does the job well with a little room for improvement.

Suggestions for new features: Edit map from app without the need of the mower, show full history of all prev. mowings with tracked path, access to view gps signal strength in percent live, filter log/notifications on type. Bugs: Error loading map, cannot start scheduled mow when locked, mower not reported being in charging station even though it returned to dock itself. Not possible to log in from multiple devices.

It's a good app and works well with the mower. That said it isn't as intuitive as it might be but once you get used to it, it works well. I would love to see smart home integration "Alexa, mow the lawn" etc and maybe a link to a weather forecast so it doesn't just rely on the rain sensor.
