If you have possible For cancellation or reschedule never buy this airline tikit . Coz the cancellation fee and re schedule higher then the current tikit fare . I west my full money here i ask them to cancel they told me the price also higer then i already pay . How funny if cancel my tikit I didn't get money back but i need to pay more .🤣

once you try to grab seats they are for a price and went once you log on again u can't find where to see the seats again horrible trying since morning n no option available only bid for business class and even can't see the connecting flight never buying again and btw its not cheap flight that I bought

The website has improved significantly since I last tried to book. Probably still easier to use a third party search engine which in my recent search was actually only $A12 cheaper, to compare and select dates before using SriLankan website to book.

The app doesn't recognize booking information, can not add a Trip even I was having the ticked in my hand, most of the features are not working can't even manage the booking.

the quality of the app is poor error come all the time. can't add a booking ref as my trips.

The worst airline. The ground staff changed my seat without informing me even though I had already checked in and had a boarding pass. I had booked seat No 9 and they moved me to seat No 33 (last one). Pathetic. Do not fly with these cheats.

I cancelled a ticket but once I called the call center they told me a small deduction amount but when I got the refund it changed me double the amount was told I went to the headoffice but then the refund section manager spoke to through a call but the manager told like they haven't told like that then I told her to check the call recording on the date of 27/08/2024 then the manager was rude and she asked us the name of the agent we spoke unless they told that they couldn't check recordings

Looks like the UI hasn't been updated for years. No option to add the PNR in my trips section which was booked separately. The flight status section is not working. Always says error. In frequent flyer program, the miles doesn't get credited to your account.
