Using tablet, the screen doesn't get past "terms and conditions". It doesn't show the tick boxes so I can't get past it. And getting support from smart is highly unlikely. I paid through an old phone. If an app is historically clunky, at least have an easier to access customer support system.

I have a problem loading a regular load to my smart sim, why is it the app has no support menu or ask for help function. Please improve the app features. Furthermore, it has pasapoints menu but it's useless, it always say the feature isn't available yet. It says "Pasa will be back soon" and it's already months passed, no update yet. My gigapoints has expired already.

The promos are good but when I'm about to subscribe into one promo it's just stuck on the loading screen, tsk maybe you don't want to give this offer to me but please fix this. Edit: What's this? I can't even open the app anymore, I already tried to reinstall the app and restart my phone but still stuck on the smart app logo, this is so frustrating.

Better to fix this app issue it's too useless,in view of the fact that when I subscribed to the 299 promo in order for me to save money since it also has free calls and texts. And they do have a cash back of 74 pesos when you subscribe to their promo.. but the free calls are worthless. As when they deducted the calls from your load balance. My girlfriend also experienced this kind of issue and we were wondering why it happened😠

Dear smart. I'm having problems with your internet connection. 1. The signal so weak. Just 1 bar of connection. 2. when i play online game it's so unstable. I don't know if this because there were airplanes flying in the sky that blocking(i don't know what it called) the signal. And 3. Still no good data offer.

Everytime you subscribe and load a promo, it forces you to enable always the "Auto renew" options which is very annoying and scamming scheme, because if you forget and didn't notice to disable the auto renew function you will automatically deducted on your own hard earned money. Can't you guys remove that option? We dont like to enable it at the first place if we are going to load everytime. That option should remain "OPTIONAL" only. But its overdoing its purpose just a scam marketing strategy

I can log in but could not get through to my account's page! It says preparing, but after that it says "Error Occured, Something went wrong. Please try again." . I tried to log in again, but the same error occured. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I also have cleared the cache and app data, and I have also restarted my phone, but still to no avail! I could not check my account's data and call usages.
