Hate this app it rarely works half the time sometimes it won't even connect will kick you out of the app or it just won't work in general for a couple of hours and when you need it to log out it says geo location error. Half the time I have connection problems when I have a really good internet connection and I still have data this app does not work

Why do I keep getting errors that something went wrong? I had a cow and reset my password because I got locked out. This is the only way I can ask off. Quite good as having an app, if it doesn't work. I guess I have an older version that I needed to download the newer one, but they could have told me. If you're going to have an app for your employees, it needs to work, right?

Newest update has every error message when trying to log in that I'm not even getting past the log in screen.

This app location rarely works causing me to either not be able to clock in for work or to be late clocking in. It always gives me a message telling me location services need to be enabled and THEY ARE!! I've updated the app. I've turned location on and back off. I've done everything and it never wants to read my location. It's very frustrating.

The Geo Location in the app rarely works on the first or second or fifth try when clocking in and out. Before clocking in or out I have to close out my applications in the background and open an app the tracks my location and then maybe the Smartlinx Go will work. There's been many times when it won't clock me in right away so it looks like I'm 5 to 10 minutes late to work. I feel like there's so many other apps that track my location right away and with accuracy so why can't do the same.

I've uninstalled and redownload this app a few times. It's up-to-date . I cannot even log in nor change my password I've contacted HR to try changing the password the app always responds 500-internal error every single time. I'd like to know why I can't log in or view anything. Thank God for the actual time clocks that require finger scans because apps don't always make everything more convenient. This is supposed to be a made easier to work app and it doesn't even function properly.

Inconsistent Everyone can clock out in different places. My coworkers can clock out in the office I have to walk outside in the rain to clock out. Sometimes I can't clock out at all because the app doesn't have me anywhere near these "location circles" which are no where near the facility. Now I can't clock out with the app at all. Gotta love that. 🙄
