I also come here with a review. I am very disappointed with this company. I also pre-booked a taxi for my wife to go to work, but unfortunately the taxi was 25 minutes late. It's not the first time he's late. I understood 5-10 min but 25 min is too much for me👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Terrible do not use the app App states one price but when they arrive its different Mine was supposed to be 16.80 they charged me 25.00 and sent an invoice for 10.40 This is unacceptable After contacting them they argued that this was all because the price on the app is an estimate im sorry but you don't estimate 16.80 and then charge 25 furthermore they then said it should have been over 26 pounds and sent an invoice for this new even higher price DO NOT USE ABSOLUTE SCAM

Twice I've pre-booked well in advance to be picked up from the station and it either hasn't shown up or has been very late. Totally unreliable

This app has a few glitches but i have spoken to the owner tonight and im very confident that he will deal with the problem. I have increased my rating to 3 stars but this could increase more as soon as the glitches are ironed out.
