Been using this app for a few years. Has been ok until lately. I've completed a number of surveys the last couple of days and when I click on what should be the last step, all I get is "error loading page". So, not only have I wasted a lot of time but I got absolutely nothing for rewards.

My app was locked because I went to Europe. Now I am back in the US, and for two weeks, I don't get any survey. I keep sending emails, but look that they can't fix the problem. I think Qmee it's a much better app. At least they are good at solving problems

This sometimes is a frustrating app, it glitches a lot but I contacted customer support and they were quick to resolve the latest problem. I'm hoping the bugs are being worked out.

I don't know what went wrong but the app stopped working and I lost the money that I worked hard for so I am giving quickthoughts one strar so I went from four stars to one

Excellent, excellent app! I have found that I get a steady stream of surveys to take, which is awesome. Redemption is fast and easy to do. ETA: the app does seem a bit buggy at times requiring an uninstall/reinstall. UPDATE: this is approximately a year later and I am still very very pleased with this app for all the reasons stated above. Once in a great while there will be an issue, but nothing to change from my five star rating.

This was one the best survey app I had ever used. Downloaded in 2020. Lots of surveys, great customer service. I was rewarded for being a loyal user. I made nearly $3k in 7 months, it was awesome. Then nearly a year ago, they "updated" the app, and completely ruined it. They no longer have the 2 dollar minimum completed survey reward, the surveys themselves are longer and pay less, they allow you to answer 90% of the questions, and then boot you for not being a good fit. Wish it would go back.

I have used this app for years and have cashed in many Amazon reward cards but for the last month or keeps telling me there "is a problem work my account" and to contact support which I've done several times but the issue still isn't fixed. I don't know what had happened. I only have this app on my phone, no other devices, and no other accounts. Hopefully this will get lined out soon or I'll just have to uninstall it completely, which I hate to do.

I've spent the last few months doing surveys and built up my rewards. Finally decided to redeem them, which was time consuming because you have to go by $10s. Half way through redeeming them it kicked me out of my account saying there was an issue with my account and to contact support. I have emailed multiple times with NO help. I just want the rest of my rewards and I want to be done. Some of these surveys are SO long and definitely not worth just a dollar. I'm very upset & disappointed.
