App constantly loses connectivity, even when signal is perfectly fine. There are clearly bugs in the recent "bug fix". The app worked better before the update. I was able to connect while my phone was on LTE but since the "update" I can't even connect on strong WiFi while next to the camera or the router.

App works okay. Can't have multiple accounts linked to the same camera so my partner has to use my login which isn't good security practice. My camera doesn't require a subscription yet the majority of the screen is taken up by the "AI" chat which *does* require a subscription. Meaning the biggest part of the screen is a feature that I cannot use. Pretty terrible UX design.

Since the AI update I get more "Barking" alerts for chirping birds than I do for actual barking - and you can't report bad notifications unless you have a paid subscription. Furbo Nanny AI chat now takes up 60% of the screen space, even when you don't have a subscription to use it, so you can't see all your cameras on the home screen. Very poor UX.

Worked fine until they added the AI nanny, now the audio feed doesn't work. It either has no audio at all or audio cuts out after a few minutes. This is the absolute minimum requirement and it is failing in that. I hope some bad reviews will force them to fix this issue.

Thank you furbo! I'm changing my bad review to great! Giving 5 stars due to the lightening quick replacement of our old furbo which was not working, we are trading the old for a refurbished one for free, and now it is working great. The replacement came so quick, Maybe 2 days, seriously. So finally I feel some customer appreciation in a world full of rip offs and planned obsolescence! Thank you 🙏😊 my cats say meow meow

Please go back to the previous version. The AI bot is worthless and in the way. Not at all helpful. Just bring back the video recording timeline under the live feed view. This is so tedious.

The new update has totally ruined this camera experience. I have 3 dogs and have been using this for nearly 2 yrs with no problems and have always highly recommended it. I will not being doing this now. Since the update and the stupid AI chat it has interfered with how well the camera picks anything up. My dogs barks ssometimes on a night bunny have realised since the update it is not picking my dog barking up like it used to! Why change something tht was working fine!! Maybe it's time to change

UPDATE: Updated with the 10.6.24 update, & no resolution to unit not working. Worked perfectly prior to these two updates. Pls LMK how i can roll back the updates to get to a version which works. After "required update", Furbo incredibly unstable. Having to unplug, uninstall, reinstall to get it to work is very tiresome. Time to look for another treat feeder
