This review is only for the app (though the services are good). The app is stuck at fetching your location for eternity (yes the whole day even if I try through wifi or data pack) even if I decline to fetch my location it is still searching. I want to book my service at the same location why do you need that I can put it manually. Not been able to book the services for the same reason it is so frustrating. Please fix it. I saw many people have the same complaint you still haven't figured out.

I booked deep clean for diwali and they cancelled last minute. Not only that they first commited they will come late and we waited for 2 hours to only experience cancellation last minute. Pathetic service. We download these apps for convenience, I could have booked a local cleaner! I booked through this app as I was confident that they would definitely come on time and not cancel! Long way to go for you guys! Improve your commitment standards!

Lairs ..For a small change in location they couldn't deliver the service which was informed in advance ( that also their app dint pick up right location instead picked up my 4 years old address). For 75 mins they kept telling the professional is reaching and then finally cancel. Reason location was not under the professionals territory and there's toll involved. Toll between American hospital and jaddaf.. I din't know when did this toll come up probably it was only for UC vehicles.

Good application, but nonsense business policy. They need a min 4000 BEFORE taxes or else checkout button is inactive. We selected basic service 2bhk for 3499. Now what else should we add for 500? No other services (add-ons) are available except to upgrade to premium service for 5000 (before tax); ONLY THEN it allows for check-out. In short, forcing us to buy expensive services unfairly.

I have tried using the salon services twice and each time no one came . Bad experience.. I have paid the money in advance and then nobody shows up. After that I had to contact the customer care and still my refund is pending... I don't understand... What is this app for they charge high prices and then keep your money with them... and no service provided.... Then I had to ask for refund... They are not sorry and not providing automatic refunds also. Worst app.

I am a regular user of UC since long, but from last few months I have observed that their service has become very bad. For example, I booked cleaning services on 13th October, but the professional did not turn up, UC compensated me with Rs 200, but surely can't buy waste of time, same happened today because of that I had to cancel some of my important appointments, but they rescheduled the service without my consent. Just few minutes back they communicated that I can't get the service today.

Worst service! I've been trying to book their cleaning services from past couple of days and it still shows professionals unavailable, even during midnight. Even I can't book appointments for next 2-3 days. This app is a waste of time. Didn't got chance to provide review on their actual work.

Gets stuck at 'Fetching your location' for eternity even after turning on the location. Why do you force android users for location? Can't they book for any address from their saved addresses ? It allows to book for other location only after fetching current location. Is it that difficult to implement? Every other e-com/delivery app has this feature. Fix it please.
