Love the team but this app is trash. Usually involves ticketmaster logins not working. App crashes and freezes normally. I've had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times. Just all around a headache to work with, I dread having to open this time to buy, sell, or transfer tickets because I know I'm in for a 30min+ ordeal. I'm using this on a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra.

A great app when launched but updates to accommodate Ticketmaster have made this app unusable. Tickets seem to randomly appear and disappear from the "My Tickets" section. Since the app crashes every time it's opened you have to exit the app, reboot, or even uninstall and reinstall the app in hopes that one of these methods will work. Forcing ticket holders to use this app in its current state when there is no option to print or even obtain a hard copy of your ticket is completely unacceptable!

Critical tool for an LAFC fan, but login issues are the worst. The app worked for me most of the time last season, but when I tried to login yesterday it said my username/password were invalid, even when logging in with my fingerprint. That error...was invalid. To work around the problem I cleared the app's storage (an uninstall/reinstall will do the same). After that I was able to successfully login. Given that the mobile app is required for ticketing, LAFC has to get this right, but isn't and there are going to be angry people.

It takes a few very basic steps to get the app properly synced with a Ticketmaster account and it could be frustrating because there wasn't a lot of tutorials or instructions. Once the account had been properly setup it's the best and easiest way to get tickets to my favorite team. In terms of the content in the app it's awesome and great coverage of the team.

The app worked great for me when it came to purchasing tickets, and scanning them to enter the Banc. It hasn't crashed, or forced closed once. However I haven't used the app since we lost to the Sounders in the playoffs on 10/29. Tooday 11/22 I checked the battery usage on my phone, and the damn app has been chewing data and battery like crazy in the background without me opening the app once. That is unacceptable and needs to be fixed. Uninstalled, will re-install once the 2020 season begins.

This app has always had bugs and issues. I am reinstalling AGAIN. The Roster feature, which is arguably the most important thing here, has never been good. Missing data and photos. The ticket portion works when it wants to. This can be so much better imo.

This app is complete garbage. It deserves 0 stars. No matter what I do, it crashes when I'm just trying to login. Doesn't matter what build I try. The one time I was in after I first signed up, it crashed just trying to access the settings. They keep updating it and nothing changes.

It gets me the info I need eventually. It's very slow to load which is stressful when trying to get your ticket and your in line. The schedule starts way back in 2019 would be nice if the schedule defaulted to the last game played so we don't have to scroll through seasons of games to get to the current game. Android users get no love at the Banc we should be able to get cheaper water with Google pay like they do for Apple pay.
