Low voltage on load output DOES NOT disconnect power on user algorithm. I have tested a low setting of anywhere from 11.75 to 12.5. The disconnect only happens at 12. If the setting is set below 12, it does not disconnect at all. Street light is off. Most of the testing was across multiple days so the known issue of having to wait 5 minutes does not apply.

Update: I had to find the PUK # on the side of the unit and reset the PIN/pairing code. Now both phones work with it! I loved this app until my phone locked me out and I could not use it to connect. I bought a new phone but am unable to pair with the bluetooth. My old phone is not operational, and has been factory reset. I can no longer use it or the new phone to pair. Any ideas?

I have been using this app with the 100/20 MPPT Victron controller at a remote cabin in the mountains of the Pacific NW in the US. The controller has worked well so far but I have two issues with the app. Our cabin is well beyond both internet and cell services and we can only visit occasionally. Several times now, when I have been away for a while, this app refuses to connect without first updating firmware but, without internet access, the only way to do this is to disconnect the controller entirely from the system and take to where there is internet access, temporarily connect the unit to and 12vdc power source and complete the update. Perhaps This is ridiculously cumbersome. I can't be the only user in this situation. It should be possible pre-download the latest firmware where there is internet access and then complete the install at the remote location. It should also be possible to continue using the system with the outdated firmware. The way it is now, I arrive at the remote location not knowing if I'll be able to access the Victron unit or not. It would also be very helpful to save data to the smartphone to retain more than 30 of Information.

I am a victron fanboy. Nothing but the highest quality. They fixed an earlier issue in about a week. I use the dynamic cutoff in the inverter to turn off the inverter at night and on during the day. sometimes I want to use the AC at night, but I have to turn off the dynamic cut off and lower the sensitivity voltage. I wish there was a way to temporarily disable low voltage shutdown without changing all the specific settings.

Would like to use the app to monitor for low battery condition and send an email. Adding this functionality would be nice. Short of that, could you at least have an option to have the app generate an actual system notification instead of just a pop up message? That way a task monitor could add an automatic task to send an email. Thanks.

Good app, we've been using it for a couple of weeks with a SmartSolar MPPT 150/35 controller. No problems so far. Decent functionality and a polished UI. Yes it does disconnect the bluetooth connection every time the app loses focus, but it reconnects when it needs to. Nice monitoring and configuration features.

Unable to connect to the Samsung note 20 ultra. Phone finds the battery monitor but when I add the password for Bluetooth it gets to 80% and asks for the password again. As recommended in your troubleshooting guide I turned on location and power cycled both the phone and battery monitor model BMV-712. I checked to see if it was paired and it is not,, it is listed in Bluetooth devices. I'm able to connect with my iPad.

Frequent disconnects, with different devices distance is less than 15ft so it should not be disconnecting, using latest version and firmware. Using 2 Samsung TAB E, one has OS 4.4 and the other 7.2, also 7" Onn tablet OS is 9.0 these tablets work fine with other apps, 35/150 Victron MPPT controller, with BT adapter, there is one wall in between the tablets and the solar generator, I just upgraded the firmware since it said the version I had (working) would not work any longer and did not gave me any options beside upgrade. It will disconnect several times a day, no crashing just stops working and I have to reset the BT on the tablets and re-launch app several times to connect again, no other app running in the background. I have paired and unpaired several times with same results.The same happened a few versions ago had to use older version of the software and it improved somewhat.
