when it works it's fine. but a lot of times it gets messed up and doesn't notify checked in. and sometimes I have to reset the app of its been open too long.

Very sensitive to touch. Easy to make a mistake. But like having the option to navigate schedule on mobile device.

Just saw the new cosmetic look to it and I absolutely hate it. Please bring it back to what it was before. It was much more easier to manage before and now it's hard to read and I hate how to change the day looks. You guys made it much more complicated. Please bring it back to it's original form. And it's actually more glitchy with this new update. Lags and freezes more for me.

Constant glitches. Does not notify you when your client checks in and if you do get the notification, it's about 45 minutes after check in. Logs you out randomly and won't allow you to log back in, just gives you random server error messages. I've used this app for 4 years and the last 6 months or so I've had nothing but issues with it. I would change salon apps but this is the app my company uses.

Everyone at the spa i work at has been having issues with the app. I couldn't login bc it said it needed to update, but it also wouldn't let me update. Someone suggested I delete the app & re download it. I deleted it and now I can't get it back! I've been trying for days & it's just pending. I've had nothing but problems with salonbiz.

Regularly freezes on opening, and doesn't include kind of obvious functions like deleting a service from a ticket(without having to delete the whole service from the book), giving a week's schedule view, or even zooming out to see an entire day's schedule at a time. Usually very slow, as well.

It's pretty good. Their are bugs but they normally are resolved within the day. You can see your schedule as it is, and updates are practically instant. The color patterns also make it easier for me to be aware if my client is new or not. Very helpful at times when I'm busy hahaa

A Google user

Constantly gets jammed. Very slow to open 30% of the time which is frustrating when I'mbusy with a client and trying to book at the same time. I have to use a book as back up. Makes me go through a lot extra steps to move client or look up history.
