This was a great app when I first used it. In recent times there have been several issue and most recently a complete missing order. When I contacted support they basically said it was my word against shop/courier. After a long exchange/wait I was refunded the money. I thought that was just a rare bad experience so was surprised that when I ordered I had once again the missing item issue. I contacted support and again had the same response. Basically being called a liar. No refund. Deleted app.

I downloaded the app, signed in and selected items according to the prices that were showed (the total was 550nis). Once I proceeded to payment the price changed to 750, and when I clicked on it the check what was going on - it simply placed the order. The customer support told me the system detected that I was not eligible for the discount since my credit card was already used for a purchase through them. So why wasn't it updated right away in the original prices? It's a scam.

Very fast delivery. App is very well designed and very convenient. Some of the dry/frozen food is fairly priced. But a lot of the fresh fruit/veg is 3 or 4 times what it costs in a normal grocer or supermarket. A few examples in shekels per kilo: White onion 22. Banana 15. Sweet potato 28. Red pepper 25. Some of the veg is affordable but I didn't always like the quality. Very good service if you need it. But I'll be ordering more often from Haorgani (veg), VeganSupplies, etc.

The concept is great, and I liked my order except for unfresh soy sprouts, but the app itself was really slow and sometimes glitchy. Also I tried to change my phone number, but it stucks on the moment of confirmation: I enter the code from SMS, and then my previous number appears on the screen with a button to confirm new number, and then the same thing again.

The choice of food on the app is unmatched (Italian here). I wish that the hot food section could expand in non classic british pasties. Not because I do ot like them, but a pastie full of spinach/feta, tomato/cheese or something with most veggies in it could be healthier and great. The pasty can even be dryer. Sorry. I am getting overboard. In any casr, yango deli for the win. They even sent me a freebie of straws made by pasta (a bit of a classic but never seen here) I super recommebd

Really bad costumer service!!!! I got a bad product, after sending 3 pics, the last one with the product in the garbage (I sent 1, and was asked for another one and then another one), the guy asked me take it out of the garbage and send another pic!!!! That was it, I said I don't want any money back. I deleted my account and the app, I will never use it again and I don't recommend it!! They are asking to take the bad products out of the garbage, because 3 pics are not good enough! Never again!

Overall a good app to have with super fast delivery, I use it a lot and it's great until something breaks, then you encounter the worst customer service I've ever seen. Many basic products are missing from time to time and it's unclear when & why. Vegtables/fruits are in really bad condition.

Great interface. Fast, reliable, and good. Prices are higher than your regular supermarket (which is to be expected for a service like this) and not a lot of options to choose from. I use the service for absolute essentials I need right now. Overall great app.
