It is an amazing app. The only problem is that every 2 days, my account gets disabled and I have to verify my account. So basically I can't use it until the verification is approved, it happened once and I was like okay that's okay. But then now it is the 4th time happening and it is super frustrating as it is affecting my work, as my schedules pop up on zalo. Now with being disabled every 2 days. It is costing me my job. I really hope the zalo team can look into this problem and sort it out.

Crazy how they automatically delete your account for just 45 days of inactivity. For god's sake, just make it so it is left there even after this inactivity! Plus, you literally have to call a foreign number (mostly not from your country) in order to register again and receive a verification code for that, instead of just an SMS message. Ridiculous.

Am I the only one experiencing this error in creating account stating that I need to call hotline number for OTP? and when I do, the call automatically ended. I already submitted a ticket a bunch of times and even emailed you guys but still there's no progress at all. I even tried installing your apps older version both in pC and mobile phone, but it does not process. In addition, your website doesn't even have an option for it. What do you expect me to do? I really need to register for work.🥺

My 7+ years were deleted without notice after changed from a Vietnamese number to a Canadian number and signed out for a while. Tried to sign up, again, with my previously linked to Vietnamese number, paid 10 bucks for international cal, 6 times to be exact, the "Processing" wheel spun for 45 mins, and nothing was processed, at all!!! And once again, thanks to "My account was deleted without notice" and no other way to receive the OTP, THIS APP IS GARBAGE!!! Thank you, Zalo

The mic has error everytime I have a call it automatically choose bluetooth mic despise I dont have any bluetooth connection at that time, it makes the call fail eveytime cause the caller can't hear me at all. Fix it!

You're better off using more private and still convenient messaging apps like WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger, or best, use Signal. This is hot garbage, it's got everything useless crammed into it and survives on intrusive ads that feel oddly and overly personalized. "Official accounts" get to spam messages into your account, and there's no way to block them. It's just unsolicited advertising.

Worse... App... Ever! I don't use this app but I had people ask if I can help. Nope! I almost threw the phone in frustration. Main issue is getting the verification code that never arrives! If I can't get pass that, how am I supposed to register for an account. And recovering password. Mind as well just give up and use another app that is user friendly.
