As a retailer with 5 years of experience in handling load, SIM sales, and money transfer for all networks, I suggest you take a look at Telenor's Apollo app and observe its service, options, and facilities. Zong Dost App is the most useless app it has non-regional offers which are mostly installed in our area and most of the customers also use regional offers and second place is Telenor app Apollo See Up Follow Up

1: I appreciate the efficiency of the RSO loading process.RSO loading is smooth, BUT post-confirmation messages are lacking. Adding this feature would boost professionalism, providing retailers the proof they seek and enhancing overall user experience. 2: RSO can check only last 10 transactions whereas thet supplies loads to more than 10 retailers in bulk then they request for the load history from franchise. And that's not good.
