App has a lot of great features. Unfortunately it doesn't work. I bought the scooter and used the app to fiddle with a few things, found out the scooter was faulty and I had to get it repaired. After I got it back the app won't do anything. It says it is connected to the scooter but I can't change any settings or do literally anything that the app is supposed to do. Tried restarting scooter, reinstalled app, everything I can think of. Nothing works.

The app works fine for the main setup, but when you go to settings and try to update the software, it stays in a loop trying to download and freezes the app. The only way to scape that is by closing the app, then reopening and reconnecting to the scooter to be able to read the scooter's settings, and that is annoying, because I don't know if I ever going to be able to update the firmware of the scooter. Also, I would like that the App has a direct clear display of how much charge is left.

Not bad. But for some odd reason will not auto connect. I keep having to open the app then press the BT Button. Strange. Also where are all the stats. All I can see is total miles and a trip that resets when you turn off the scooter. Would be nice if it remembered the last few trips so we can keep track. Could definitely do with a few more options but it's good at doing what it already does.

The app does what it does: keep track of the total mileage and show current speed. Apart from that it doesn't really do anything. The 3 preset modes are not configurable, the way cruise control activates is not configurable and scooter name is not configurable. It lacks so many seemingly basic features which would make all the experience much better. Being able to configure the mode presets comes in handy very often (I'd personally like a preset capped at 5kmph). Does it job, but not well.

Am so disappointed and frustrated the app was working fine until two weeks ago when i locked my scooter with the app , i can't unlock it because it refused to connect, i have uninstalled and installed more then five times still nothing it's so frustrating , please fix the app thank you.

The app itself is a good app and is set out well, however, there is 1 significant problem that needs addressing regarding the security of the lock. It needs a PIN code set option aswell. I put the Aovo app on another mobile and was able to dis-able the lock!! So that was quite a worry and a security concern. Other e scooter apps give you the ability to set a PIN code, so I hope an update enables this same option. Obviously I use a good cable bike lock to lock it up to something aswell.

Rubbish. Does not remember your scooter when connected. No security.. Anyone's app can be connected to your scooter to unlock or control. Often struggles to connect at all; took me 15 minutes to unlock scooter leaving a cafe today. Speedo on scooter is massively exaggerated and exaggerated milage recorded in odometer. Broken app, I struggle to trust displayed battery voltage.

Yes you can you can even change throttle response. While your connected through Bluetooth go to settings in app. Then advanced settings. Put throttle on 10. And put brake sensitivity on 5. Put Mac speed all the way up to 60. It will automatically put Mac speed for your motor and battery. Huge difference in takeoff and top speed
