Revised review—from 2 to 1 stars. Can't buy a transit ticket—the app just hangs forever before I get to the zone selection—so I'm paying through the nose for single tickets twice a day and I'll be more than a little surprised (but pleasantly so) if Midttrafik will refund the difference. It also hangs after buying a single trip ticket when it would normally display the ticket, but restarting the app makes the ticket appear... And still no notification when your pass is about to expire...

As many others, I'm greeted with a blank screen after entering the credit card details. After having spent half an hour trying to make payment work (including re-downloading the app, changing default browser etc) I gave up. (The app was the only place to buy the ticket, as at the bus station you are instructed to go to the train station, and at the train station you are told to go to the bus station). I guess the only option left is to take taxis?

I opened google play with my native internet provider just fine. And I have used other public transit providers with the same method, and worked as intended. Meaning it showed all the services it provides even with their glonky GPS. THIS app doesn't, it freezes. Imagine giving a service app that doesn't work as intended, to the public.

The new update looks great, but since the last month I have an issues to redirect back to the app after the payment with mobilePay, the card payment didn't even work. And when I am trying to open a special ticket, like a ticket to the airport and it's not valid yet that app is crashing

Steaming pile of garbage. Paying for your ticket works fine, but instead of your ticket this app will show you a perpetual loading screen. No driver will wait for your ticket to eventually show up so you have to walk or pay again in another way. My connection is fine and my phone is up to date.

Unfortunately the app is full of problems and bugs. I missed several trams because the app failed to accept payment. The problem was not my credit card (which ultimately worked) but the app just got stuck with different options and then said payment failed. Thumbs down for the programmers!

I had problem on the checkout, it was loading for such a long time, in the end I went back, it said the payment had failed yet they had taken money from my bank account.... and it was for a transit ticket which are not cheap... and of course there was no ticket in the app...
