It's amazing how a much better robot than the reputable and high-end brands can have such a bad app. The maps are lost every time you clean, we have to restart the robot and an APP to be able to clean properly. We had a room cleaned, and after a long time, after all, he's re-mapping the house. Please update an APP, because the machine is excellent, ask for the software. 😭

Ridiculous. The app keeps "rediscovering" a new map if the base station was moved even by 1 degree, which the robot does itself when it's trying to dock! And then it does not always scan the rooms correctly, so one of my rooms is now somehow outside of the map. And as there is no way to delete an existing map I cannot even force it to rescan again (which may or may not solve the mapping problem). Add a button to delete a map please!

This app is an absolute disaster, at first glance it looks quite appealing, it's simple to add new maps and specify the restricted areas. It is a bit time consuming to do, not a problem so far, but every 1 or 2 weeks the maps just disappear, I can still select them but they're just blank. I have to scan, define the rooms and restricted areas every time again. Whenever I select a different map, chances are that from one moment to the other all maps are gone. Others have reported the same problem.

Edit: become buggier with time,makes me want to give back the robot. ---- Not user friendly but it works. Only: it doesn't seem to support cloud seemlessly (every time a device logs in, other devices are kicked out) - edit: 6 months later, 0 improvements and connectivity is less reliable than it used to be: one star down

Too many bugs! The robot don't save map of house. After 3 month of everyday usage always start with message "Still don't know the house" mean not possible to start clean some particular area. Software alwayse notify "there is new version available" but this is not true! Even I complitely uninstall it and install from Google store the message still there!

It is a shame how bad the software is. There are all sorts of problems. Always get around it by re-installing, rebooting, re-starting.... Very frustrating to have to fight with it the whole time. I've been a user for a year/ year and a half and when the Conga is dead I will make sure I do not buy this brand again.

Disastrous. Conga makes a map of the house but you can also make separate maps.But when you do a second map the first one is deleted and u have to restart again.Conga maps very badly so it doesn't clean the corners and edges at least you program the EDGES mode, then it ONLY cleans the edges. To have a decent cleaning you have to do everything twice, once in EDGE mode, one in AUTO. The 'deep cleaning' only works in Atea Mode, so you spend more time in the app than if u clean yourself the house.

Absolutely appalling app. It buggy beyond comprehension. The robot is priced at the same level as market leaders but the application is just disastrous. NEVER EVER BUY this robot. It is utterly unacceptable to have such a poor app - maps constantly disappear; robot cannot find itself most of the time and starts remapping; robot decides it's finished with half rooms completed; app stalls and needs to be constantly restarted; commands from the app introduce weird behaviour in the robot... I can go on.
