Overall it works fine, but the new card readers in buses are a failure. I use monthly ticket and always buy a new several days before the old expires. But the new one starts at midnight and i don't live next to the ticket machine to update it. So, i end up buying one extra ticket.. always. Some drivers might understand that, but from the experience.. you rather buy it and save trouble explaining and/or arguing and trying to prove that you have it. Why it is so overly complicated?

So it took me months to get the app to work as someone from the UK just to buy a single ticket... now I'm unable to buy cheaper tickets, season or multi tickets because I cannot identify with their "strong" identification. Having worked in public transport for 18 years I can say this is just ridiculous. this app and the service is just nonsense for such a developed country.

Pretty good app. You can display Routes and immediately buy the ticket in the same screen without logging in. App is clean and responsive on my FP5. The swipe-up Map/Route interface is very nice. Great job, devs! The only criticism is that I experienced a bug twice, where in the map section the bottom part was white and the map was compressed to the top part. The map still works, though. Also, it showed me an error when I added my credit card, but it still worked perfectly, so a false error.

What a waste! Cant use the app, nor register an account. They require a phone number in order to use the app and FAIL to deliver SMS to two different USA phone numbers (obviously roaming in Finland). Even if you register a credit card to app, doesn't help. So can't register the account = cant buy ticket = so app is useless. Funny thing, every other place I've registered (like various escooter apps) all get SMSs thru, so great work HSL!

I have been using this app since it was introduced. For the first time I feel like deleting it. The convenience it offered of not have to go to the nearest machine to load tickets. That trust has been shattered. I have loaded the tickets three times. The third after talking to the customer service and followed the instructions. Now I have to wait for payments to be refunded, plus still dig in my pocket to pay for a fourth ticket. Monthly budget(money )held for an issue that was noticed in May.

Aside from commonly reported issues, my main problem lately has been the sluggish journey planner. You can't select your destination before waiting for your current location to be loaded, because when it does load it you are redirected out of the destination field to the start of the journey planner every single time. Really frustrating.

Why does the app keep on losing the last route open? Why does it keep on deleting the recently looked for locations? The moment I minimise the app to for example answer a message or change songs on my music player, I need to add the route from 0 so that I don't miss my stop. It is becoming such an inconvenient app to use, to the point of considering using Google maps instead and just having a physical card for Helsinki region. The app is updated too FYI.

I do not recommend this app, it fails when you must need it. I've been in Finland for about 30 days and for most of the time I've purchase an actual ticket from a local vendor. The app fails to populate ROUTES and at time it fail to populate the digital ticket. Again do not waste your time for I've lost time and money trying to use it. Get an actual ticket and use Google maps to find your way around. (T-Mobile using Telia Network as roaming) Ask phone features worked well.
