A Google user

Downloading the full app is required to get the tickets instead of having a simple PDF format, and if you want to send tickets to a friend you have to give access to all your phone's contacts numbers, instead of being able to just enter the phone number, which really bothers me privacy-wise. The app looks clean otherwise and maybe it is useful for some people - just not me. Apologies if that's not in the scope of the devs responsibilities. (Though asking for contacts access is.)

Dice has never been anything but a buggy mess for me. every time I try to transfer a ticket to someone whose contact info I've recently added, like a friend of a friend, it takes me multiple rounds of refreshing the app and restarting my phone for a contact to register. it then only displays the contacts I have with non-US numbers. this issue has persisted for years. I imagine their non-US audience is their primary concern.

I love Dice! This is my first experience with them buying tickets to Kino's concert and everything has been easy & smooth. I boght my tickets easily, I got an extra ticket for a friend who did not need it and Dice canceled my extra ticket fast (the option is available within the first 24 hours of the purchase). Their customer service team is very nice & helpful, and it's easy to reach out to them! Overall, I had a great experience. I recommend Dice and would love to buy tickets with them again!

Dice is a great app for following artists you like, or getting tickets to some great shows at great venues. The wait list function is useful, but frustrating... There is no function to get a push notification if tickets become available, instead you get an email which is very easily missed. This means you might miss out on that 1 hour window to grab tickets to someone you've been waiting to see for ages.

It often works fine but some features don't make sense. The time allowed to purchase a ticket from the wait-list is ridiculous. I was given 10 minutes between an email to when the tickets would be released for a show that I had been in the waiting list for months, which I wasnt free for in the middle of the work. Also if I remember correctly, tickets for free shows can't be returned, which doesn't make much sense

Terrible app. Was forced to download it to get/share/present concert tickets, but the idiot app only allows you to share tickets by picking a contact from your Contacts app. But it won't accept numbers in the format my Contact app sends them (presumably the parentheses around the area code are the issue)--and it provides no way to add numbers manually. Genius. I am SO deleting this app after the concert tonight.

I LOVE Dice! BUT recently I have missed maybe 3/4 gigs I would've got tickets from the waitlist bcs I have not received any push notification or text + have only received an email (which I don't check on the hour!) I have all notifications turned on + receive other texts from Dice (albeit abouts gigs I haven't expressed interest in..) I have emailed to complain / understand if there is an issue with my account, but haven't received any response.. So I'm resorting to a review.. hope you can help!

This app is probably great if you go to a lot of DICE shows, but it's awful to be forced to download and register on an app if you're just going to use it once. Download an app? Create an account? Give my location? 2fac? Activate my ticket? I would much, much rather have the option to bypass the app and simply have the ticket sent to my email.
