It’s too difficult to open the Apps. When I tried to get a code by my email on the same mobile phone. The apps being inactive. Disgusting.

Total Scam!!!! Do not use this service. They will charge you for something you don't use. I am in holidays next to the North Cyprus border and they charged me 60€ because my phone connected by chance to the North network. After I spoke to the support to remove this 'by default' option to automatically connect abroad network. I had just 5 seconds of a new connection to figure that I have just been charged 25€ more!!! Use Free, they are more helpful and give you more countries if you travel!

No English version. As much business as this company gets from English speaking tourist peeps, you'd think it would want to assist them. Orange, the most popular sim in France, has its apps and web sites available in English.

The application is not suitable for interactions longer than just looking at the traffic used. I tried to place an order on Bbox, and twice my order was reset on the last page; I had to fill out all the forms again! Later I wrote to the operator asking why all possible dates for the rendezvous are unavailable. And the chat was reset just like the orders before! I can no longer return to the dialogue with the operator! Horrible user experience, I am considering choosing a FreeBox instead!

It's one of the worst Telecom services in France, overcharging for no reason. I bought the 1GB per month plan (as I don't use much data) unfortunately I went a little over 1 GB four times (4 months) and they gave me an extra 1 GB for 30€. It's unbelievable ( in a bad way). I would recommend to have a different service, for the ones who are thinking of opting for Bouygues. Please don't go for it.

The app simply does not work. I am a prepaid user (former B&YOU) and after logging in the app displays the message "L'espace client est actuellement indisponible. Toute l'équipe est actuellement mobilisée pour résoudre le problème. Veuillez réessayer ultérierement". And it has done this for several years without this problem ever being fixed. In addition, attempts to reset the password don't work, with the message "Votre identifiant ou votre nom de famille n'est pas reconnu, veuillez verifier votre saisie" - even though the number and name are correct. If the app does not support prepaid, it should - but if it does not, it should tell you instead of wasting your time. And yes, I speak French, but it would be helpful to add other languages; the web interface offers English as an option, but the app does not. And I agree the app should be named "Bouygues" or similar.

There is not a single functionality that works. Every time I start it, I have to create a new password. Every second time, it just crashes. Wanna chat with support? Cannot read their answers for hours (even though they do answer). Wanna connect with your box for diagnostic? Nothing happens when you scan the barcodes. Wanna test your wifi? It gives you a link to download this very app. FOR GOD'S SAKE, HAVE YOU EVER EVEN TESTED ANYTHING? This is literally the worst app I have ever used.
