The app grossly under estimates wait times. I would easily add 15-30 minutes to whatever wait time is listed. Maybe longer if it is a popular attraction that always has long waits. I wish there was a way to pin items on the map so you didn't have to look them up every time. Also, it would be nice if there was a filter for attractions to search by height to know if kids can ride instead of looking at each ride individually.

A Google user

It's useful, but seems to require a constant stream of data. If it loses wifi (I have no data in Europe despite my carrier's claim), it becomes near useless. The map can no longer be zoomed, with large patches becoming blank. I don't know why the map isn't cached for zooming in. I found that some things wete not present, like a few bathrooms and some dining places. It would be nice if they added alarms for fast passes to remind you when they're coming up. It was just updated, so we'll see if there are some needed improvements.

None of the functionality of this app would require an app. It could easily be implemented into a webpage which would also improve loading times since there's no offline information anyway. The wait times differ by up to +150%. At this margin it's next to useless. Not only that it feels like Disney charges for breathing in their parks, they want all possible data additionally without providing at least some useful information. The app is as heartless and commercial as the company has become. :-(

This app is driving me crazy. Sometimes it works and other times it's so random it's ridiculous. For days I have been trying to organise a priority pass and every time I click on theink it takes me to booking a holiday with us. Grrr. Wish there was a chat option instead of calling. There could be so many amazing things done with the app, it's like they couldn't be bothered finishing it.

The app is unstable and requires a restart frequently. The whole "magic pass" concept is terrible. Why do we need to show at least 3x the pass when we use it on a restaurant? Also, when merging multiple bookings together, why do meal credit remain separate? Clearly no product manager used this in a normal scenario.

The app Is buggy and doesn't reflect the reality of queue times. I was not able to add my tickets to the app, map guidance was not effective. For a multimillion organization, a better app with a better customer experience is expected.

This app has a lot of potential but as it stands it is so frustrating. Linking you ticket is easy and useful The map is useful but the GPS is way off most of the time (Google maps doesn't have a problem) so directions doesn't work, the filters are the most confusing ones I've ever usedand the search only seems to match whole words. "Rat" would not show the ratatouille ride. Purchases and bookings failed on multiple occasions with just "ops something went wrong".

Every time I have to scroll 5 times past buying 100 things to eventually get show times or attractions it leaves a bad taste. Just be helpful first. The map needs a list of rides to them click into.
