This App itself a faulty one and not useful to any other than officers. whenever I tried to register mobile no, always asks email verification but without sending OTP as to how one enter into it to fill application to submit to. Since so many months I am trying but not fruitful action by eSampada. Very bad on the part of it and assistant also shut down its mouth. Sorry for my comment of inviability.

One of the worst app for booking Central Government Holiday Homes and Hostels. The UI is good and the steps for registration are user friendly but despite my try over 10 times, no OTP is generated to complete the process. What is the meaning of this app, then ? The developers should try to concentrate on this. Useless app indeed. In a way, it is a best app to avoid booking of Central Govt Holiday Homes, how you could book when you're not allowed to enter into the app?Great Digital Service!

the App is good when functions properly but since last few days some functions for holiday homes are not working such as Faq, terms and conditions. my friend was making his profile but not able to make it. Kindly do check please.

I tried to register. Everything went smooth initially. It doesn't recognise gmail, therefore doesn't send OTP there. Finally able to register using rediffmail as there I received OTP. After registration tried to login. The app failed to recognise mobile number I have registered, hence unable to login. Hope some sensible person is involved in creating the app and look into flaws.

I think this application is for Indians only, but it's seems that you are taking international bookings. Even for taking a VISA we need not to give too much minute information. Purpose of an online application is to ease the process not making it complicated like this. Not showing all official addresses and no option to feed manually. I read lot of reviews facing same issue but the things are still same this shows your efforts. Thanks.

Looks like the app wasn't even tested before being pushed to the store. I don't know how painful the experience would be because I can't even register. It asks me to enter the OTP it sent me on my email and my phone number. The problem? It doesn't send me anything on either of the place. I've been trying to register for the last 3 days and it doesn't look like they are doing anything about it. There are numerous reviews mentioning the exact same issue, and those were posted about a year ago.

Lots of details are required even after selection of office not able to add address of office, many people of midd age can not complete the registration. Lots and lots of details which can not be completed. How some one use this app he will never fulfill all the block which is required. Even every small to large app does not need heavy information which this is requiring. Wrost experience.

Its complete waste of time. Most cities do not appearing in the list of registration and it says its mandatory. Asks fixation documents, promotion document and does not allow to add past services. Instead of making it easy, unnecessarily complicated it. Now you even can't book holiday homes.
