Update: They fixed their registration issues. But they charge a monthly subscription (rather than having a 1time purchase price), so I'll never use the product. Uninstalled. Set up account, could not complete the set up after they sent the confirmation code. Set up a second account with a second email. The app crashes every time I open it, and will not log in. Useless in the most complete sense of the word.

UPDATE: Had to change my default browser from duckduckgo in order for app to work. Kind of a pain, but I upped it to 3 stars from 1. The real test will be a few months from now when I need to find stuff... The app crashes every time I try to use it, closing before anything can be done. So far my labels are useless. It would be nice if we can login from the website rather than having to go thru the app.

Worse than useless. My wife and I spent all weekend thoroughly documenting the contents of multiple totes. When we go to look for our stored items there is nothing to be found in the app. EDIT - So, turns out that if you login with your google account AND create an account using your Google email those are two separate accounts. So... This one was on me. Otherwise, this does exactly what it says on the tin. Could it be better... Probably.

So far I am liking the app. My only issues is that im not able to create a list. I can only create tags after taking a picture of the items. I have to upload pictures from my gallery because taking the pictures using the app makes them blurry. My last issue is that it keeps logging me out after I close the app. Please fix these and help improve the app.

The search feature is difficult. It won't show a list of boxes so you have to know at least one item thats in the box or its name to find it. If you find the box in search it won't let you open and see pics, only if you search items. Just not user friendly for editing and searching through your stuff. I would also like a storage location option.

New version is way worse than original. I can't upload pics from my gallery. It keeps telling me for permission which already exists. So when I take photos while actively packing a box, they disappear when I go to scan the label. Basically the app has no advantage for packing boxes. At this point I'm sorry I invested in the labels

Great idea, very poorly executed. App makes you login everytime to a webpage, no biometric option. When scanning the QR code to assign a box, you get "successful" but it only works about 1 out of 10 attempts, and it doesn't close the camera and go back. When it does work, it duplicates the box. It's way too frustrating for something you have to pay for the labels to use.

I've had to rescan boxes several times for the code to link to the box. Shortly after scanning another box, the previous box becomes unassigned, forcing me to rescan the box. I've reached out to customer service and have yet to hear from them. Now I'm waiting to see if they'll respond to my second email. This is a frustrating situation to an already stressful situation. I wish I would've purchased labels from uhaul instead.
