Works great on pixel 8 pro! Most of the reviews that are negative don't know how to read instructions and assume the game is free, when it's an emulator. Some minor issues with resolution but for an in progress app it's great. Let's me play an amazing game from my childhood on my phone easily with mods.

This is a new review of an already five star effort. First, cannot thank the VCMI team enough for continuing a passion throughout these years. My previous review was nearly nine years ago!! I grew up literally playing HOMM with family and friends. And I play with my son now. So their passion project is incredible. The feature that were added to the 1.4 version is mind blowing and makes this their best effort thus far. This may be the final version anyone needs. It's that good.

Unexplained Relative Cursor Behavior. Struggled to use relative cursor behavior for a while until you understand some unexplained behavior. Left side of the screen is for moving the cursor. Bottom right side is for leftcl clicks. Top right for right clicks. Can this be customized or at least explained? Cursor is also hard to see and not constrained to your screen. Easily lost it several times in a row forcing me to close and relaunch.

Amazing project. It's bit buggy, but the five stars are for the effort put in here. I can actually play Heroes 3 on my pixel 2 with relative ease. There's just one problem -- the game crashes when I complete a campaign mission, so I can't advance past the first map.

It's great that you're still developing and improving the project. A couple of things: 1. I played it previously a few months ago and in one of the campaigns I got stuck when a required artifact didn't proceed to the next scenario after picking it with a hero that gets discarded, which got the required artifact discarded as well. I haven't checked for this bug again so perhaps it's already fixed. 2. Currently SwiftKey can't delete existing characters from names of selected files when saving.

More updates that further improve the engine/emulator. Thanks VCMI team for keeping Heroes alive. Looking forward to more improvements and features. Keep it going! Also for the love of God ppl, this is an emulator, you need the original heroes 3. Google needs to do some stupid-filters to clean up 1 stars for not having the game -_-

I ofc give 5 stars cause its HOMM3 on the freaking android phone. Who would have thought eh? But have some questions still, in the client you can choose to instal HotA but doesnt seem to have many features. Dont see many QoL options(cant transfer all artifacts/army between heros makes the game almost unplayable with longer chains, but even basic stuff like re-entering the building? There is no spacebar on android) or other stuff like templates? I installed some but dont see option to use them?

I'm glad this is here and continuously being improved upon. The reason for 4 stars is that the AI for enemy is not that smart compared to the computer version yet. AI will move a bit but won't provide much of a challenge. I suspect this will eventually improve
