Opposite of productive! Since april of 2019 the app has been broken. Prior to that it worked well. Only android suffers from this issue. I recommend keeping the page where you can force close dispatch constantly open whilst you work. Other wise you're gonna lose alot more time then you already will by using this app. I have completely restored my phone and only downloaded dispatch and it's still unusable. Maybe in another year or 2 android's version of dispatch will work. Till then goodluck!

Had a very bad first experience! Reached out to support and they made things right, set everything up properly and even followed up making sure everything was ok and I was happy with their services. I recommend this app for small business doing service work. App has lots of potential if properly used and set up right. Always get compliments from customers about how awesome text notifications are.

The app itself is great. However, as the dispatcher, my guys can't even open it 90% if the time, they cannot get directions from the app, they cannot contact customers many times. Guys are having to either force stop, uninstall and reinstall it reboot their phones many times during the day. the computer version is great, but I cannot be at my desk 24/7. My company runs twenty-four hours a day seven days a week. Something does need to be done about the glitch that the new update has created.

Been using it for 2 years. It's easy to use and very organized. The problem is there's a new glitch every few days. And the support is almost non-existent. It's like rolling the dice when you're trying to schedule something from a phone on if it will work or not. Today it tells me address isn't valid for any address and when it gives the drop down menu it shows up for a fraction of a second and then disappears. 🤣

New glitches every month. The latest makes the map pins flicker. You have to zoom in to street level to click a pin and you have to reopen the app for each customer pin selection. I've cleared/reinstalled and no change. The glitch before this one left the wrong customer info on an open dispatch unless you refreshed twice. Now it's nearly unusable.

Very glitchy software. Very frequently does not work when trying to use any of the features. The software in theory is amazing and very powerful for doing business. However it's execution falls very short of even being considered adequate.

Bill Whaley hit the nail on the head here. This app used to run perfectly until the update they initiated on 4/2/2019. Since then it has been a constant struggle DAILY to function and run as a business. Ive emailed over & over & over and am told a developer is looking into it but even the "Beta" version only works 50% of the time AND STILL have to force close & clear cache after every single call. 3 months since this all started happening and still no resolution but we HAVE to use working w/ AHS

It's great when it works but more and more it freezes, locks you out or just wont load jobs. It used to be great but its slowly getting worse and I'm very frustrated that my company may need to find another company for our scheduling.
