I love the content, been listening for years. But I can't get through a whole song at the end of the day, much less a whole show, without the app constantly stopping. Works all day, but after lunch it just craps out. It keeps saying it doesn't have a connection, but I switch to another app and that one works fine.

We need to be able to have our place held when we look at a show and back out to the year, in any given year, for any given band. Instead, we are dealing with backing out of the show, scrolling all the way back down to the date where we think we left off and no one is even giving us fist bumps or even k bumps about it, even.HUGE BUMMER PLEASE REMEDY. Other than that, the app is great. thanks yall!

I didn't think it was possible to make this app any worse than it already was. The content is great, obviously, but navigating this app made me want to rip my hair out even before the update. You have to understand how many spunions are trying to use this app (mostly while driving) that just want ease of access to their favorite jams. It's a real bummer and dangerous when you accidentally close the app while driving and have to navigate through band> year>date with ZERO shortcuts.

New update... They finally got the ability to save your spot! Progress!! But still have offline issues constantly. - Your device is offline.... No... Your app is terrible. You keep begging for my opinion so I'll give it to you. This app is terrible. I constantly get connection errors when going between connection sources (IE WiFi to cellular and back) I have to close the app completely, find the show I was on and then the song I was on. It's annoying... Fire somebody...

Love the mobile access to your catalog. I no longer have a need for any other streaming service! I would like it if you could make the size of the widget more efficient & adjustable. Right now it takes up 3x2 but only actually utilizes the middle. If I could adjust it to 5x1 allowing me to work it into my home screen better and maybe add band art in place of the nugs logo... I would easily give the app 5 stars. Either way, it's now the only way I listen to music on the go. THANKS BRAD!

The content is still great. That is the only reason to get this poorly written and constantly buggy app. It does not buffer well at all, so downloading shows is a must. Trying to load those downloaded playlists is endlessly frustrating however, since the app seems to hang forever when opening the "stash" offline. When back on line, don't fret, the app will not play and instead give a "App appears to be offline" app until you force close and reopen it It desperately needs a Android Auto app.

Originally rated this app 5 stars and planned to be a subscriber for life. Now, I will not purchase this app again. I can't use it 90% of the time. It will load forever and then say connection error. All my other apps and devices are connected to my WiFi or mobile service just fine. I check the speed of my Wi-Fi to see if that is the issue the speed and connectivity is perfect. Nugs responded to my email saying a lot of ppl need to close and reopen the app. That used to work but not anymore.

Content is great, but the app itself is barely functional and poorly designed. Songs always get hung up moving to the next track, which makes the app almost unusable. There's also major functionality missing; can't get back to what's currently playing, can't save multiple favorite bands, can't add an entire show to your queue, ect.
