A Google user

For those who have trouble getting refund from unwanted auto-renewal of subscription, I managed to contact Google who was helpful in processing the refund immediately. To contact Google, click on the Help and Feedback on the sidebar of Google Play app, click on the Phone button to get a callback from Google. They call me back almost immediately. The Google staff was polite and helpful. Thanks Google, No thanks Rapidgator who refused to refund me. There is absolutely no excuse that no email was sent beforehand of the impending auto-renewal and I only know of it through the SMS of the charges from NY bank.

Useless App... Installed the app and it failed at the first step... Login with email or google... Well I don't have an account so need to create one but that is not an option.? Tried the forgot password link to see if I can get a register page but it sends me to a stupid capture with images. Expects me to know what a mailbox looks like for a different country? Not a single 5ft tall bright red mailbox in the images to choose from.

I payed for a 6 month subscription, but it still shows free. There is no way to confirm in the app. Yesterday I sent two emails with the invoice and all the relevant details. No response. Today I sent two more emails. No response. On their site it says the following: Once we get your email, we'll send a response email with login and password to our ticket system No emails whatsoever. I have been a loyal customer for years and I have never run into problems until now. The app has to be updated

PROS: paying through Google Play was the only way I was able to pay. Their website has endless problems with payments. Able to pay with credit card. Instant access via web browser and laptop after payment via Google Play with no problems. You can cancel or pause your subscription to try and reduce the high cost. CONS: damn expensive. For me, 34% more expensive than the already expensive minimum subscription plan. Customer support is very poor--they only reply when they feel like it.

PROs: It is very convenient to subscribe & manage from my mobile device. It is also nice to have the security of payment via my Google Play account. CONs: The Google Play subscription is on a monthly cycle. So, if you subscribe for 3 months beginning on January 1, your subscription renews April 1. However, the Rapidgator subscription is for literal days. Therefore, your 3-month Google Play subscription will not renew before your 90-day Rapidgator subscription expires. This is the only drawback I can find, but it's significant. I don't know how difficult it would be for Rapidgator to accommodate it's Google Play subscription customers, but I'm sure this is a common issue. If they could rectify this, I'd give it 5 stars. Customer Service: When I contact Rapidgator customer service via the support link on their site, a response is almost always within 24 hours. They have always been kind and understanding, even when the "issue" is related to my own lack of understanding.

This application not let you stop subscription, it always said stop it via google play, but theres no subs in my google subscription menu. Already try and theres none. It sent me email, said your subs renewal been accepted.. It like force me to pay, so bad. Can google do something with this issue? ***that's my fault before, that subs been hooked to my other email, it been confused since it give notice to wrong mail. Sorry for bad review before. Thanks

Tried to renew, and even though my subscription has expired, the app won't let me renew because I "already have a premium account". I contacted Rapidgator for support and their response was to tell me to purchase through a reseller (around a 20% markup). That's tech support that gives new definition to the term "useless".

Every time subscription is supposed to get auto-renewed, there is a dead day. RG goes off premium, but they renew the subscription one day later only. So on auto-renew, you still get service interruption. I have complained about this before, but they don't seem to care to fix this. There should be NO service interruption on auto-renew!!
