This is one of the worst apps for work. You can't even gain access to your account most times. I've had to reset my password 5x and each time I log in I have to make a new one due to system not functioning right. It won't even save the security answers correctly. This is not acceptable seeing as we have to use the app to view pat etc but also to adjust & view schedules

Doesn’t keep you signed in, even when you check the "remember me" box. I only use this app on my cell and I don't share an account. A question mark doesn't count as a special character for setting up a pass; for whatever reason. Frequently says my password is wrong when it's not as I've recorded it due to it saying it previously. I've at least reset it 3 times and it continously signs me out. I can't even reset my password anymore.

The app will send an error message saying my login info is wrong. I've had this app for at least 4 years and for the last 2, it's continually messing up. There's no way to update the app even when you get a message saying the app has an update ready to be installed.

Horrible! Can't log in ever.. have to change the password every time I try to log in and 9 times out 10 I get an error code when I answer the security questions come up with a new password and it then it won't accept it. Can't ever access my pay check stubs. Can't download any of the pay stubs and can't screenshot them either. So frustrating!

Won't let me log in, keeps saying my password is inorrect and when I try "forgot password" and enter my email, nothing happens when I hit next, it just stays on the same screen asking for my email. I'm trying to update my information and check my pay stubs and I can't do that because this app is not functional.

I can't get into my account again! I've changed passwords and security answers I also have samsung pass so I can see my password. It will not let me in. It's very important to be able to get into it! I'm very upset. There needs to be a way to get in other than security questions because they DO NOT WORK either!! Help me please I'm over this frustration please help please fix.

Edit: Logging onto the app is awfully slow. It's not letting me log in. By waiting to try tomlog in that is draining the battery. Now its saying my username/password is wrong, no its not. Please fix so I can check my hours. On both phone and tablet!

By far my least favorite scheduling/ work resources application so far. I've used a few others for different jobs in the past and this one feels so lacking compared to all others.
