Following issue resolved. "I was using this app on my previous android device. Now I have changed my device and trying to register in this one since last 10 days. Amit fetches the Adhar details without fail but while capturing selfie, everytime am error is showing up.. "camera error.....etc." Tried all possibilities with wifi, mobole data, uninstall, re-install, cache memory delete, location on/off.. but nothing is getting successful. Poor experience"

Hi team, Suggestion: Reduce the initial start-up animation. If you're loading something, give a progress bar, else just drop the airplane animation. The current animation looks like it's just wasting time when I'm standing in front of the camera at the gate trying to get in. Thanks,

While the overall app experience is amazing, I feel we should be able to add more than one boarding pass (for adults) in the same account. On a recent trip, I couldn't add my grandmother's boarding pass as the option was available for only kids upto a certain age and my grandmother doesn't use a smartphone. So we both had to use the normal check-in process. Hopefully the team will resolve this.

Missed a flight because I trusted your app. I think there is a problem with image recognition algos(what ever CNN algo it is) installed on the devices, they are not able to recognize the image consistantly, and I am not the only False Negative lots of people were facing same issue. Not to mention, the images of the boarding pass were taking ages to recognize (had to convert the image into pdf first and then pdf option worked). Too much authority power with very little sophistication

Hi team the app worked seamlessly on my previous s22. However after getting the Samsung s24 I can't get my photo clicked. While taking the photo it shows an unexpected error - session/recoverable error. Cleared the cache, Uninstalled/ re installed the app restarted nothing helped. Its disappointing that after using it from the time it launched now it can't serve the purpose. I love your app but I guess with Samsung s24 being a new model you haven't encountered the error. Please fix it

I had pathetic experience with digi yatra. i don't know why, each and every time, when i want to capture pictures of myself every time it shows error error, i had done so many times this thing but all the times i got same erorr as well as i had reinstalled the application 3 times.. Very pathetic experience. I'm never ever gonna recommend anyone for this application. It's totally time wasting time. Instead of doing this, i prefer to be in queue

The app shows no useful information like time, etc. The app forces you to use an app lock but acts as if we have a choice. It has been made just like a government app is usually made, the bare minimum to function.
