I recently started using AllRiDi, and I’m thoroughly impressed! Every ride I’ve taken has been met with professionalism and courtesy from the drivers. They are always punctual, well-mannered, and make the journey comfortable and enjoyable. The app itself is user-friendly, making it easy to request rides and track my driver in real time. The pricing is transparent, and I appreciate the AllRiDi cash feature and how easy it is to top-up my wallet.

I'm happy to say that I've used the app multiple times and have successfully gotten rides accepted, even though it does take some time for this to happen. They are many cars around these days on the map however the difficulty to get a car has not significantly improved. My major complaint however is the inaccuracy of the map used in this app. The map addresses are utterly wrong in my area, which confuses the drivers, as they tend to think I'm from the area the map is saying. Please fix.

I've been using this app for over a year consistently. However, the app itself has been laiden with problems and there is room for improvement on the customer support side. I've reached the point where I may discontinue this service. It can't just be about the bottomline. If you're unable to be straightforward with your clientele, resolve issues & inform them of said issues in-app for both your user-base & your drivers, then we have a problem. No drivers or customers means you have no business.

Very disappointed! - I booked a ride for work, and it said the driver was 9 mins away... The app didn't even notify me that the ride was cancelled. - Other attempts to book were unsuccessful. Drivers in the area, but the ride was not accepted. - The addresses on the maps were also a concern. ...Positive, interaction with the service team wasn't bad.

Had my first ride today and it was such a pleasant experience from in app, customer support to driver. Professionalism, courtesy and kindness all around. Vehicle was very clean and well maintained, I felt safe and comfortable and the ride was affordable despite the excess traffic. Highly recommended them 10/10!!!

Some of your drivers are very rude and lack proper customer service and etiquette. Because why are they accepting the rides, reaching the venue and then canceling after informing the person that they are outside? It's very annoying and disrespectful. And I can't even rate the driver for their lack of service. There should be something in place to avoid these things from happening, especially if it took them a while to get a ride or have to be somewhere for a certain time.

Great service. My only issue is drivers that are not knowledgeable about using the app, twice drivers took money from me even though my wallet on the app had cash on it. Drivers need to be taught about ALL the features and options available to customers.
