if you have an account, and you forgot your password, this appliaction is useless. even if you try to follow the password recovery steps it does not send you any email at all. Another problem is about the router, it doesnt start to work after a power failure. During this the call center is full so I can get any help. Lately there are even more random failures. Also there is another problem regarding the index page for bills that doesn't work at all...

You're spamming me too much ! I set notifications allowed only for "important messages" (while initially was allowed for everything, but i was getting like 1 notification per day, which is too much !). But I still get notifications for movies etc., this isn't ok! "Important messages" should only be considered the ones directly related to my subscription, like: new bill, bill has exceeded maturity, and maybe just 1-2 more categories. Now, notifications are OFF. Please fix this, thank you.

I don't think the recurring payment has ever worked, no matter how many times I set it, and now when I try to pay it gives me an error that the payment could not be processed. there is also 2-step login - the most useless thing, does anyone pay my bills? Do I have to pay from my laptop? or better to go to the counter like in the last century?

I requested their internet service in August and raised 3 tickets, but no one contacted me to resolve the issue. Technicians came to my home twice without informing me beforehand, so I couldn’t assist them. The lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. After months of waiting, I’m deeply disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this provider to anyone. Poor service overall!

Lately I keep receiving the same error 'Eroare #3S' and can't open the app, even though I am connected to the internet and all the other apps work. Funny enough I have the wifi from Digi as well and it's the only app that doesn't work.

It's the only app that seems unable to remember the card details, or sync with samsung cards. I have to enter the cards details each time I want to pay the bill. Android 13 user, however I have friends with Android 12 facing same issues. Solve it, Digi, it's awful

Horrible application. Does not remember any cards that you paid, cannot use the card saved on google payment. Every time I have to insert the data from the card again. Very frequent errors. Even at this moment the application is stopping and I cannot pay. Please do something about this app it is so not user friendly and so old and hard to use for such a big company like Digi.

Unable to log in because there is no phone number associated for them to send a verification code. This is stupid, I should be able to keep the user-password method if I want to. If I can't use the online method to pay the bill because of this than I would switch to another internet provider that does no make such outrageous methods to get my phone number
