I guess designers of this application signed up for a tournament at how much worse every app update can become. 10 years ago, I was able to book a place in the "silent compartment", "pets allowed", etc. (impossible now) and do so with a card saved in the app, not needing to enter my card details over and over again. Today, I went through the pain of entering these and this kind of payment doesn't even seem to work, so the only option is Swish. This application makes my mornings so exciting!

App search bar is buggy. Too many stop suggestions which are not train stations. Price has been increased by a lot over the summer. Trains are almost always delayed. And the train line I 100% rely on has been scrapped due to draconic austerity measures. Thus, I can't use this app anymore and do not reccomend. What other line is next to go? Not trustworthy for long-term planning.

over all a great app, easy to search and book your train. I really love the little summary at the bottom showing you the track your train will arrive at (brilliant when you are in a hurry!) and the quick button to show your QR code. The only annoying thing I've found is that I can't book a train that "has already departed" when it, in reality, is late, and I can see it rolling in...

Every single time, and I mean EVERY time I go somewhere using SJ, some train is cancelled or late the perfect time to ruin the entirity of the trip. And I miraculously get home or to my destination no matter what, but it is so incredibly stressful to know that even if I'm doing something correctly, at least something will go wrong anyway. Fortunately I haven't lost too much money on SJ but I wish I hadn't lost any at all.

At lot of times, the app doesn't work for me, neither the app nor the on the computer (even worse than the app). Most of the time, I am not able to load any connections. It takes ages to load and then I don't get to book anything. Other than that, I like the app

This app used to be fine. But a couple of weeks ago they removed the button to download a receipt from the app. Now I have to: Open my mail, find the verification mail, expand my email, press a link (open it in a Chromium based browser - Firefox will fail later), press a button, press another button, then press to download the PDF. This is an annoying. In the app I can downlod a "pdf ticket" but not the recipet. Please fix. It also usually books me with animals even tough im allergic.

Could be improved. For example if a train is 20 minutes late you're still not able to buy a ticket for it 5 minutes past it's original departure time, even though there's still 15 minutes left until it actually leaves.

The app is better than the site; it works without problems. The new version is not as good anymore. More difficult to use, less good designed, less logical. Another update and another disimprovement. Why can't you just leave perfectly well working programs alone? There's so much bad software around needing to be changed. Why choose the well-working? I don't get it.
