The app pick-up locator is broken. You set the exact point of your pick-up location on the map, the app accepts it, and moves the pick-up point wherever it wants but the place you need. Developers know about this bug but don't give a sh....t. What they did, they just added "wrong pick up location" to the list of cancel reasons. Update after the Freenow reply. Guys, testing your app is the job of your QA department, not customers. FYI, the bug remained after updating the app.

Berlin Lover

I managed to order a taxi (the app crashes everytime you open it and need to be newly installed) and they blocked a price. The fare's price was 7€ less, but they still booked the whole price. Disgusting rip off. Now you're asking me to contact your support, which I did, and although you immediately overcharged me, my blocked payment is since three days still not released. Like I said: Disgusting rip off, bad support, crashing not reliable app

The worst app ever. I downloaded the app on my new phone and it asks me to confirm using a code which I did and then it send a confirmation email to an email I don't have access to. Thennypubare stuck in an infinite loop. No customer support option in the app or the website. They should seriously consider gifting their whole operation to Uber.

In the City of Dublin, the app worked great. But getting just a little outside the city, it became a problem. Twice, we had prebooked rides, only to be stuck at a remote location, because when the time came, our scheduled ride got canceled because it could not find an available driver. I thought pre-booking was supposed to prevent that. Bad show, folks.

Got ad from the Google Maps, so was our first and easy option. We had an early flight, so I used the Prebook option to get to Torino airport from the centre. The driver was confirmed in a matter of an hour or so. As we are waiting, a minute after the pick up time assigned, we got notification that all the drivers are busy. No way to order another rider. Even after 30 mins. Good we took a good old school phone taxi service. Money was returned, but I am left with unpleasant experience and stress.

Ever since they started advertising their "Taxi Priority" premium "feature" it has been harder and harder to find taxis in places and times where it used to be fine. This has turned into a complete scam to make people pay more for the same service. Edit: Around two months later the situation is the same. Once upon a time this app was good and reliable, now I have to look elsewhere.

I don't know what the reviews are talking about but I can literally never find a driver when I need to go to/from the city center. Waiting 20m+ and the app just gives up. Used to be so much easier to find rides. Taxi drivers prefer to turn the app off and pick up from the streets (many drivers told me this themselves). So there needs to be some system to prevent that otherwise the app is completely pointless.

Terrible service, the GPS never works, most drivers are rude or aggressive. Also, the service has all sorts of extra charges which make it extremely expensive to get a taxi throught this app. At this moment it is cheaper to get a cab on the street. The "Technology fee" is beyond ridiculous. Also, booking a taxi in advance is simply useless, the drivers never show up.
