the live tracking often isn't live but an estimation. the ETA for a service will count down and then go back up . the ETA to destination while on a service gets later as you travel quite often making it very hard to plan trips . it's like using google maps but harder .

It genuinely astounds me how bad this app is at tracking its own buses. half the time tracking info is inaccurate or just plain missing. How can a bus be 5 mins from a stop, I walk to the stop(1 min down road and in full view of the path of the bus) and the bus is mystically somehow already departed and 3 stops further up? happens CONSTANTLY.

Limited features & cumbersome. This app also needs improvement in the Favourite Places section, it can never lockdown a specific location that you want to leave from, it will constantly default to my home address to always leave from which is useless in most cases for me. Also, it doesn't have a notices section, sometimes I want to be sure that a certain line is operating, so you're gambling that that line is operating.

Multi factor isn't working. Comes up with fail for both sms and email. This prevent users from login into their account. The multi factor works fine via the website. The error actually says no email. To fix this. You need to go to the website and re-verify your phone number. This doesn't really make sense if the website multi factor works fine, but the app multi factor doesn't. Very poor implementation. The alternative is to disable multi factor authentication.

The Favourite stop list keeps resetting! It is so irritating! Most people who use public transport daily, will use this tab more than any other function.

As well as the app being a nightmare to navigate. The information is almost always unreliable. Buses are often scheduled to arrive at the same time, on the unlikely event that they do arrive at the scheduled time they cause traffic jams and if one bus stops the other will just keep going being you will miss your bus. Further more if a bus is running late(which is almost always) it may skip your stop.

I don't think it accurately reflects the balance of my children's bus passes. Flustered parent feedback: putting the log out button right next to the notification button is not helpful, especially when there's no "are you sure you want to log out" prompt and you have to input an emailed verification code every single time you log in. Great for security, not so great for a parent on the edge of a school drop off mental breakdown.

It used to be quite good, but the latest update has messed up the main feature. When you used to look up any route (bus or train), it used to show the upcoming timetable and the buses or training currently running on those routes so you could quickly look up their respective live locations. And now, it only shows the future timetable by default. Users have to roll back the clock to then look up currently running buses or trains. Quite annoying when you're in a hurry.
