You quietly changed the behaviour of the commuter routes. I had it set between my home and work for one way for Monday, and the return for Tuesday. I used to click on the needed direction and it always showed the next train departing on that route. This was recommended to me by one of your support colleagues months ago. I routinely bought a ticket today checking only the time, but you quietly changed the app to show the ticket for next Monday. I didn't notice it and got fined for 100 chf!

Halb fare expired. In the app, the prices show as full. When using check in feature I got a ticket which SBB wouldn't cancel because it's my fault that the check-in ticket was using half the price. this is BS. How is this my fault the ZVV app is buggy?

No easy idea check out reminders, other than via SMS hours after they are useful. Having read other similar complaints, from quite some time ago, it seems that fixing the easy ride feature is not a priority. (I also frequently have technical issues checking in). When I used it use the sbb app in the past, I would receive audio and visual reminders shortly after the end of my journey. This app is a step backwards

If it wasn't for the cashback option, I'd use the SBB app instead. Check in ticket is completely unreliable, sometimes checks you in right away, but often throws some error, sometimes checks you in anyway without you being sure whether you actually are. Sometimes sends you a text message hours after you checked out that you are still checked in and when you go to check, you're not! Also the latest GUI redesign is just pointless and makes the app even less usable. Please improve.

Getting worse now. Doesn't work with saved credit cards so setup is painful. Was: 4 stars because it supports frquent journeys now, though the UX is still kinda unintuitive. Previous: Check-in tickets make life much easier, though I'd still prefer to buy the ticket I always buy with one click. Last time I forgot to checkout until I was on a flight to San Francisco. Previous: Really poor UX, takes something like 10 clicks to buy the same ticket I buy nearly every time, when it could be 1 click.

Still lacks key functions of ZVV timetable app, like quick access to departure times at many stops, including favourites and nearby ones. It can only show one nearby stop, or only full end to end connections, which is unnecessarily limiting in the city. The app is impractical on the road, it uses a lot of screen space for not useful information and everyday actions take many taps to complete - it's more like ZVV machines with deep menu trees, not a modern app.

The app is overall quite good but some points need to be addressed: - connection results are a subset of those shown by the SBB app, and some known combination are not even shown - the new version of the app does not take into account the 9 Uhr pass when purchasing a trip across the validity time (eg a trip from 8:50 to 9:10 should be billed only for the portion before 9). This is either very cunning or a big oversight ...
