When it works is great, but most of the time it doesn't work! I'm constantly getting notifications and emails about new projects but the app rarely updates. for example on today April 21, it's still showing projects that closed April 16 and 17. refreshing it does nothing. there's no update. everything else on my phone works fine. it's just this one app and it happens all the time

SCAM! They don't pay or even tell you they are denying something or why. It simply moves to the closed tab and that's it. They used to have a support email but no more. Now only app 2 days ago I did one for $100. I have not been paid. There has been no notification that I wouldn't be paid or why. I have confirmation of successful video upload. Support does not respond. Yesterday, I did one for $40. Same thing... no pay... no communication. SCAM!

I don't love the east coast time. Not as much time to accomplish goals if a lot of ppl participate and you lose out on the ones you apply for. Love the Amazon gift cards. I don't like how hard it is to get in touch with them when there is an error or an issue trying to find out which assignment was denied or why or a history section of em or shows what's pending after the date ends. Lowered the rating again. Goals can't be met if cut off is 8estpm, I get off at 5pm pt. In-store/home/VR/online.

5th update: Works w/ caveats. Added star, they're been very courteous and pretty good at responding to emails. Here's a possible fix if you're not seeing new projects posted to the app: Long press app icon; Press App info->Storage->Clear data. Do this EVERY log-in. I do still often get projects 1 hour drive away. Audio won't work w/ Augmented Reality projects for me, which are longer but usually pay more; this could be an issue with my older phone though. I'll keep updating. Thank you.

Great app I love it, however as of April 24th 2025 the app won't work on my s25 ultra. Every time I open it it just crashes

Been doing ProductTube since 2023 & I love it. You actually get the rewards in the gift card you desire. I'm an Amazon girl. Every now & then, I've had technical difficulties, but they are really awesome at addressing my concerns. Oh, I would really like to perform the VR videos but I just can't get it right as the link doesn't help. I'm following the instructions. & please allow us to see the store check ins BEFORE accepting. Time's wasted just to find your city is unavailable. 10/10🥰

I love ProductTube, but am constantly shown the feelings are not mutual. I just did a $45 Tube that says after I finish the video, I will be invited to complete a quick survey that has to be done in-store, in order to be rewarded. An hour and a half later, and repeated attempts to contact Support, I'm in the parking lot now, needing to move on with life. The new chat support finally worked, and then tells me they'll get back to me in about 2 business days. Huge waste of my time. Please do better

You get out what you put in. I'm a "casual" user of this platform. Every time I've given my full attention and commitment to an opportunity, it's worked out well. I am involved in a lot of gig platforms, which is the only reason why I don't always pursue its opportunities. But, and I'm afraid to jinx it by saying this, the relative pay for the time invested is fantastic. Easy to use, and no stress. 😁😁
