Just tried signing in just so I can look at my benefits. I used to be able to no issues. Now it takes me to arbenefits and when I click on documents on there it takes me back to the portal. JUST GIVE ME THE PDF! IS THAT SO HARD?

The website is totally unusable today. It loads a white screen and isitdownrightnow says it pings functional and quickly, so it's totally dismantled. I couldn't find anything about site maintenance so I downloaded the app. Upon login it says "the object was moved here" hyperlinked. Click it, and it loads up an error code. Fine, but is it really an app if it just accesses the website? It even has a search bar at the bottom with the normal web url and I can click "desktop site"... 🤔

I can't log in! Every time I try to log in, it opens my browser (Chrome). I put in my credentials and hit log in, and it loads for a second and stops, so I'm just stuck on the username and password screen. I need to look for an in network orthopedic surgeon in my area so that my co-pays aren't outrageous, but I can't log in to do that! I'm either doomed to live in pain or will have to call every BCBS provider and ask them. Based on other reviews, I'm not the only one! Fix this or lose a member!

After downloading the app and registering, I logged out. I then tried to log back in numerous times; it will not allow me to do so. The loading bar at the top shows a quick blue blip, and nothing happens. I am frustrated as I track my EOBs, which are paperless. What gives?

It is so bad. It is not user-friendly in any way. I keep trying to set up auto pay, but it's not working. My dental insurance is gone now even though I have only received one paper bill, the first one! I tried to go to the website, and it just took me back to this stupid portal app! 😤

I haven't used this app for a while. I just tried and I get a message asking to update the app then it redirects me to Google play, then no updates and it stops. On the website on my PC I get the message "wrong username" which is not right because all is saved on my PC. Something is wrong with your system. Now I'm told to call customer service. This is the worst app I've ever used. I even uninstalled and reinstalled hoping that the new installation would pick up the update. It's not working

I don't know why they decided to suddenly outright replace the MyBlueprint app with this one. Should have just made both available for a week or two, to get feedback and iron out kinks. On a Galaxy Note9, I'm lucky if I can even log in-but even if I do, when trying to load my plan details it just gives a nondescript "Sorry, something went wrong" error message (same as when logins fail)...makes an app like this pretty useless if you ask me.

Downloaded the app after talking with customer service agent, who emailed a link THAT WOULDN'T WORK. That should have been my first clue. But I went to the play store instead. After registering, I have yet to be able to access ANYTHING. An error message appears each time. I hope that means that improvements are being made! Agree with another reviewer that entering the birthday is far too time consuming! It's an APP and supposed to be easy.
