The app is very slow, and the tabs take forever to load, as well as only being able to upload 1 picture to your profile at a time amd half the time it just freezes up and if you hit upload more then once it'll upload everytime you click it but there's no indication it's working there also seems to a limit on pictures but they don't say that just had to figure out why my pictures weren't uploading.

I've been using angi for a long time now with my company. Up until the last couple months it's been tolerable, but with the price we pay for our service, the apps do not function well. It's a shame because I'm missing out on my own leads and losing money myself during this time. Haven't been able to open this app specifically since the first week of October. Absolutely infuriating.

Horrible service. They reel you in by the amount of "leads" guaranteed. The "leads" you get are 90% of the time dead end leads. The client success manager will tell you that response time is key, having a certain amount of reviews sets you higher, maybe adjust your service areas. Tried it all, this is not the issue. The issue is that Angi doesn't verify anything coming through to you. Highly recommend staying away from this app. Haven't even been able to get enough work to pay the monthly bill.

I don't recall anyone truly explaining how this worked. I've had it for 2 months, and it's burning a hole in my wallet. I went to cancel, only to find out that I'm under contract, and there's a huge penalty for canceling at this point in the contract! Stay away if you can help it! It is completely unsatisfying that it's not delivering what they claim.

I have not had a single job from this... what I have had is a lot of scammers. I would not recommend Angi to any contractor, licensed or not. I am very disappointed with this service. However, I did start in December so I guess work may pick up towards the summer... Just saying be careful with any service you decide to go with.

Our business was one of the top 5 businesses with 5star ratings&when we got a bad review from someone we didn't provide service for, they couldn't remove it. We work hard for our 5 star reviews, and for them to not show dedication in the matter was the last straw to cancel once our contract was up. Not only that but when you try to call someone to help with your business you can only get in touch with the one person appointed to your profile. If they don't answer you're SOL

I can never get the message tab to come up. I can read messages going through the client's lead, but I can't use the "Messages" tab for months now!!! It's really annoying and wastes time when I have to go through and scroll to look for red dots on leads instead of just going to the tab that is meant for that specifically. So frustrating

Most of the leads either don't answer or respond to texts, phone calls through the app or emails. I haven't got a solid lead yet and I've been using it for almost 3 months now. You people have got me locked in for a year and even though my contract says I can cancel before 90days and only be charged $99 to do so you claim that doesn't apply to me it's only for special circumstances and I would have had to specify the day I signed up So your wanting to charge me 35% of whats left of my contract
