Every time it tries to connect it has a pop-up to connect that takes up half your phone screen and it'll often do it twice in a row. Super annoying and I wish there was a way to get rid of it. The fact that an app is necessary is incredibly annoying for using a straightforward speaker feature.

After a call the noise volume changes for the worse. It's like the sound is muted or you have very bad internet quality. It's only resolved to "normal" after I switch the device off and on again. It's very annoying and shouldn't be like this. The flow from calling someone and then listening to Spotify should be seamless. However it is not.

The app does what it's meant to do, no more, no less, exactly what it says on the tin. So if you just fix that silly warning about managing settings from multiple devices, you'll get the fifth star.

It works for a single purpose: update the headset firmware. That cannot be done through a computer (why not Anker?..) Use it once, uninstall 10 minutes later.

I thought this and having an online account would allow me to see my anker webcam on py pc through this app and etc ... Unfortunately there is no such functionality and the software is only for connecting anker products to android

The app is faulty, i am not able to signup when i try to signup it says invalid email format, even though my email is correct
